That’s right King we did have a long convo about that, from my rough count I saw the relentless sells of 1m for about 1month plus the odd 1.5m sells but didn’t equate to 50m+ plus but as I said I’m sure that * has been on the site for longer than 1 year so they may have been selling behind the scenes for ages. This is making no sense to me what’s going on here, seems rather odd to appointment Jay to potentially get us outta the shat, the new rule etc, seems to me he’s just been left to own devices for far too long and left it too late to recover the problem, if a major has been selling that to me is a massive worry. So if Private like suggested https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/05/publictoprivate.asp so the private company would need to offer us shareholders a price per share am I understanding this correctly? So 4.5p per share as thats the floor?

Fair do's Jarv, Ive not listened to him I dont use Twitter and hes not influenced me but if hes involved somehow thats just another case of typical luck isnt it, and hes corrupted all the majors aswell then. All this investment ive written off for me now anyhow, I am going to the bottom of the deepest oceans floor to bury these shares it may take me sometime. I will be back when the next RNS hits.

Easier said than done Tid where Zorbas is involved as you say disinterested he won’t enjoy entertain a EGM no doubt he will be protected by some rule book.

The evidence is ther Captor are devesting from Mining within 12 months , said they were doing a 20-1 share process with a 3 year timeslot they are doing it nearly 2 years early, same week we are in suspension, week after Mining Charter. That’s all I’m writing black and white. Clutching at straws / coincidental all possible. Zorbas pulling rabbit out of hat unknown, most probably unlikely, but we are still yet to be proven right or wrong in all our theories.

Intrino and King thanks, OK MRS shares they are to be sold with the whole of URU to a new suitor for example IF it’s sold the new buyer gets MRS shares aswell. Zorbas bought some more MRS shares from his own money recently ( unless he’s used some of our missing 500k ) So the new suitor of URU needs MRS help to extract from Zeb for example MRS get money Zorbas makes more money on his personal investment?!? Or we have merger for URU we extract again with MRS help and the merger company. But Ccc are deinvesting...

Actually Intrino locking someone out to buy cheap shares, well a buyer could of bought the whole shabang months ago for next to nowt it’s been at these low levels for some time now!
