PwC will b able to do the same level of job as Deloitte but they are in London and Zorbas was here recently!! but think your looking too much into it re having to have Deloitte doing it, Appleby should be enough to be able to count the divs, sounds more likely to me that a liquidator or something of the sort has had to come in. If they believe they will produce them in w/c 1st of Oct, so lets say by end of that week 5th, why not get Jay in a week before so him and Appleby had time to cook up the books, so we hit the correct date, like King said PwC were the auditor so its BS they havnt passed info onto new auditor. So hes got 4 weeks to get these accounts and new licence and come out of suspension all in that time frame, hes appointed a new dir when K left ages and could of done a 3 year license instead of 2. Inept that ive already said. Also liquidation prob wont happen but wheres hes getting his money from if he were to do more work license dependant etc. The missing 500k wont last long

Exactky Arok, all he can do now to recover this shambles is sell it while in suspension but hes got a max of 4 weeks to do so as after that date there is no license to prove it up touch it or even look at it.

Yup turned out to be s suspension but for the wrong reason, agree re the license hes forgot about everything else so why not that.
