Ive many of stock who are delisted and Ive lost my money, so why wouldn't they? But to be honest I could be misunderstanding it Anto.

So they have about 3 weeks but lets say 1st November until they would be delisted, if they dont produce the accounts, if they are delisted then Ccc would no longer be the biggest holder in URU. News is needed on multiple fronts before that date. Its touching cloth!

But appreciate your comments or concerns, hence I agreed with you re no RNS re submitted detail. But as per my above comment. Thats why Im here, with my stance all or nothing

Jono agree should of been some form of RNS but as you say extremely poor comms and thats not changed since day 1. But seems to be some trades ramping up so I think news is incoming

The dmr woudnt accept a application without funds, uru havnt asked us for anymore money. So where is it coming from. Unless hes not even submitted all the detail and lodge the application which wouldnt suprise me.
I think once they have all fulfilled detail its accepted immediately or within 30 days so its been granted now or by 4th November ish at latest.

Also how does it "maximize share holder value" to Ccc holders

If 2.70 is price via market, how does that equate to his floor? £45?
