Generally the case of ceo as long as he she is getting paid by us from the expense of us plebs why would he. This should be a minimum of 15p offer from what we paid in last open offer. Amtech maybe you have missed the "not raise funds" bit where URU must of raised funds to be able to apply for a license, you cant go into that application and say "oh give me the license" I will raise the funds later, it doesnt work like that.
So funds are coming from somewhere and they have already been sought.
