Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Thank you Cymro.
Thank you for sharing Cymro.
Is there any evidence to support the rumour?
Thank you for sharing Looed.
This implies that the agreement with Hope does not also address the YA situation.
Kaiser (and the other poster who asked about the email): the FSHG email was purely giving shareholders who registered with them way back, a link to this site. So given you are posting here, rest assured you haven't missed anything.
Thank you ****nal ;).
Off topic, but a dreadful result for both our respective football teams yesterday evening. Am gutted.
We will know that outcome five weeks tomorrow... ;).
Pyro: I hope you are keeping well?
Re your last question, when I was in contact with Linsenmayer a while back he wouldn't speak to me until I had sent them details of my shareholding and he had checked it against their records.
This suggests they do have a register of shareholders.
Erazzel: it was Fred Dibnah.
And yes he was insane! Albeit entertaining :).
I find it staggering that anyone can doubt Looed after all he/she has done for us. Wasn't it him/her who organised the translation fund we all were delighted to contribute to, then spent all that time and effort getting all the translations done, then sharing everything he/she finds, and then going to the trouble to not only find out what is going on in the plethora of court cases but then to explain the context and relevance of each development to those of us who just can't be bothered or don't have the capacity to keep a full record.
Without Looed's seemingly tireless efforts, our hope would have diminished long ago. I couldn't give a toss what his/her motives are but just am eternally grateful for his/her actions.

Pottersfield: fingers crossed you're incorrect or we are truly stuffed.
Looed: I know it's been said before but we are all blessed that you are on top of all this and share what you know with us all. Thank you.
****nal: your posts always make me smile as they seem to invariably have some reference to a time frame/line. Am expecting you to reply within the next day ;).

Avi8r: I posted a very similar view to your post over a year ago. Others too have pleaded with LSE to take action to stop Maxcady posting his bile. Yet they do nothing.
Yet they will no doubt take this post down despite the fact its title is the obvious conclusion to be drawn from their inaction against Maxcady.
RR: thank you for highlighting this very interesting, albeit depressing, documentary.
Absolutely. They couldn't relist after what has happened without a credible business plan and funding in place, but it does then provide an avenue for further fundraising.
It's a measure of the current optimism on the board that we are having such a discussion... and the fact that Maxcady has gone quiet.
GLA
Whilst imo, and probably the majority on here, a sale of the Company would be the ideal scenario, if they did relist then it does open up a funding avenue for them, so there is a reason for them to consider relisting.
Kenco: if it was longer you might have been able to fit on F**kRainbowRider... Shame ;)
My word: interest rates have gone up ;)
Am bound to say that the translation fund and all Looed's efforts in utilising it has proved to be immensely informative over the past few years. So more than happy to contribute again if we will be needing more translations. We should also pass on our ongoing thanks to the translator too :).
Nigel
Let's hope so!
Happy New Year all fellow Fronterians.
Bedex: hardly engaging. Just answering one email in a blue moon to stop us from organising something more disruptive perhaps.
Bah! Humbug!
Trying to forget our monies stuck in here for one day and enjoy Christmas.
Have a good one :).
