StarRage: well in this instance the court case is just noise in so far as it doesn't involve the Company. Indeed, presumably any one (or more) of us could bring a similar case against ZM and/or SN? There would be the not insignificant matter of the huge cost of bringing the case of course!

MontiBurns: the last official statement from the Company re Zaza'z shareholding was on 9.5.18 when he held 6.60%. I'm sure if he had purchased more shares after that they would have told us as it would have been positive news. You will recall that there was a persistent large seller in the months before delist and, given what we now know, it seems very plausible that that was Zaza. So his shareholding may well be below the 6.60% now.

Whilst I like your suggestion WHamBoy, there's no commercial reason that I can think of that an investor is going to stump up the funding for a special dividend to shareholders (that would include Zaza btw!). The only ways we are possibly going to get any money back is by either a relisting somewhere or a buyout. I suspect, alas, that neither of those outcomes are likely in the short or medium term even if we do get back into Georgia with someone supplying investment. BWTFDIK.

Coggy/Jackpack: The RNS you refer to was issued on 9.5.18. At the time there was issued shares of 15.761 billion. Zaza held 1.040 billion (6.60%) and Steve 1.710 billion (10.85%).
Since then either could have sold shares. There were consistent heavy sales in the period before delisting, which could have been Zaza. The authorised share capital is 17.25 billion and it's possible some or all of the difference could have been issued and us not been informed.

Cymro1864: thank you for finding and posting this latest article. It's really great to read what the government minister is saying. Clearly there's a dialogue in place and she is interpreting it positively. And the GG are the king makers in all this.

It would be wonderful if the reason this has happened is that the GG are acting under pressure from the US to seize back the assets that Green Capital and Zaza have stolen and are holding them safe for the real Frontera to resume operations.
But we never seem to find that something that has happened is to our potential benefit alas. However, at least this has stopped Zaza cashing in.

So, unless I am misinterpreting this, Zaza is having the gall to appeal to the us government to support him in his theft of the asset...!!!

It does make sense that there are paid derampers, but really only on a share that is listed. In our case there's no price to influence and we know that the shorters on IG have been paid out. Traditional shorters, by which I mean those who actually borrow stock to sell, are sitting in limbo along with the rest of us, but will be pretty confident they won't get any come back now, so it seems that any derampers still on this board aren't doing it for financial gain. They're doing it purely to gloat and as they are particularly sad people ... unless anyone can think of another reason?
