Plus working out a a value of a company has never just been about profit, unless you a forced seller!!
Future earnings 300-600m
Cash in bank 70m
Patents 50-150m
Profit 10-15m
Assets and so on should all be factored in.
So a Market Cap of 500m is about right, if I was wealthy enough to to launch a takeover bid for Ceres Power.
As I think 5-10years down the road it could look like a steal.
