Sonic - I’m sure you saw the Fed’s announcement on Friday.
Yes, I see things differently.
- T1 drawdown
- All BP equipment paid for and on route (timings TBC but Coronavirus impact overhyped, no doubt has impacted globally so far but pretty sensationalist coverage IMO)
- JORC underway and further progressed
- Diamond negotiations progressing/ near finalised - take your pick he paper trail is there with plenty of comments from ZCDC
As for sp lower the surely that’s a de-risked entry? Also not sure why you are having kittens over Atlas conversion. They can’t flood the market with shares, look at the T&Cs announced, and the conversion price is based at 0.24p... Also JORC as others have noted will allow for refinancing.
Storm in a teacup
Haha if this is your version of ‘well clear’ I’d be interested to see what ‘all over it’ looks like.
Matt my previous point was that you’re position talking and that when the price moves to your target price level you’ll only start focusing on the short term upside and none of the downside.
Anyone who thinks Vast isn’t a risky investment needs their head checking. However is it riskier than 1 month ago? Errrrr no.
Sonic - I don’t think those are crazy or outlandish points to raise.
But in two weeks time you probably won’t be making them and only talking about upside :)
Sandy - sounds like I should start invoicing AP Group for my services. I wonder what the going rate is? Should probably ask TW that question as seems like he’s done some high quality dd on the matter
ORT aka Old Roy Tucker
Vast have never put a foot wrong. We’re already a mid tier miner.
When’s this arriving so we can actually drawdown T1 Atlas?
Mizman is on the money IMO
One final point - I am not trying to hide or reveal anything. I’m reading the RNS as it’s written. Everyone is free to make their own inferences and you are clearly stating that you think Vast have been clever with their language to buy time and have only followed procedure which isn’t actually stated anywhere.
We’ll find out soon enough
Okay, we’re not going to agree on this.
Are you currently invested?
I’m sorry Daz but that’s ridiculous. You don’t submit a drawdown request that for instance would only satisfy the ‘procedure’ T&Cs but not the actual CPs for drawdown to complete.
The statement is all encompassing And doesn’t carve out certain T&Cs e.g. form of drawdown request.
Sure lawyers on both sides will be running through the CPs to ensure all have been properly satisfied. But that’s standard.
Dazbrad - so you don’t think Vast have submitted a drawdown request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bond Issuance Deed...
Sandy - as someone who has completed senior debt funding facilities you’re spot on with this comment.
BP JORC will not be a CP for T1 drawdown. That’s obvious for anyone who can be bothered to read the 2 Jan RNS
The reason why some may avoid the discussion Fantasy is that it is quite hard to have a balanced debate on here. There is plenty of trash spouted by both the deramper and ramper camps.
AP has flaws but he also has strengths. You’ve been very good at documenting the former and Vast’s failures and make some very strong points although some on your list are not actually ‘factual’ as you state and are a bit disingenuous (e.g. Finance by end of Dec-19.. No news yet).
You have shown very little interest in discussing Vast’s opportunities and upside, which after all is why the majority of people invest in a company.
The last 3 months has been positive IMO and whilst the sp has retraced momentum has shifted in that regard. The rise to 0.52p, subsequent retrace and bounce off the 200dma shows you that there is growing investor/ trader interest and for good reason.
BP cold commissioning done, equipment on its way, T1 Atlas drawdown request submitted and due shortly, BP JORC initiated, MOA and JV for diamond concession due (looks like we’re next after Alrosa) with RNSs, media coverage and announcements directly from the Zim Gov and ZCDC on the latter (quite a substantial paper trail).
We are entering delivery phase now.... finally.
GLA
Probably part of the ‘Share Prophets’ crew. It’s tedious, transparent and incredibly boring.
You don’t hold Vast so why would you go to the AGM?
Stupid comment
May have been collecting stock sub 0.285 for a large buyer.
Clearly buys given the price action and sp at the time.
