strapped in? :)
Sonic - the only certainty here is that your position and outlook will be different in a couple of days time
.
Sonic - lol
Sonic - there will be movement IMO this afternoon.
So the fear mongers will now shift on to the diamond deal timeline despite the very recent RNS and completely ignore the really key consideration of what that deal will be worth to the Company.
Also worst equity market day since 08-09 financial crash yesterday. Interesting how Vast performed no??
Sonic - I am confident I understand the terms of the financing agreement, the potential dilution impact to Vast and in that scenario the volume of shares that Atlas are capped at selling on a monthly basis.
It’s a structure that is actually a win win. Not everything is a zero sum game, hard I know to understand as a short term trader. Either way Vast gets two assets online who’s fcf completely dwarfs the potential impact of the above.
Who said they needed to buy shares? You may have heard but Vast are about to enter into a JV for a diamond concession in Marange. They’ve even got the finance lined up for it.
How long has it taken you to come to the conclusion that this is going to keep the sp flat and Vast are going to be the driver behind this? The terms of the deal have been around since October...
Here’s one for you. At what point do you think it’s in Atlas’s and other investors interest to see the sp rise?
Sonic - that’s clearly stated in the RNS so we all can work out the answer for different sp levels.
In reality if the price is significantly higher than this level then they’ll convert at 0.24p.
For anyone actually interested in the latest valuation of the Company

Sonic - why not just think of it as a $7m equity raise at 0.24p...
What’s your short position?
But funnily enough ericeric you haven’t...?
7 days or 21 days does it really matter...?
This significance of this project is enormous. Just have a read of James Campbell or John Teeling speak about Marange. Why do you think BOD agreed for their stake to be reduced to only 2.5%?
I think people need to do a bit of research on what this deal means to the Company.
You don’t release an RNS like that unless it’s going to happen. Anyone who says otherwise is really struggling to look at things objectively.
Who would have thought it?

1) “The emergence of Coronavirus plus the initial delay in financing knocking onto shipment delays is going to cause VAST some big issues IMO”
What do you mean by big issues? Sure there is potentially a 2-3 month cash flow pinch. Worst case scenario IMO is a small placing. Hardly a big issue. Or do you mean dilution which we already know about given the structure of the financing facility? The BP JORC is key to unlocking further long term senior debt which will refinance T1. That and the diamonds which according to ZCDC are progressing and due to complete shortly.
2) “You are way off the mark with my intentions as if I am correct there wont be much worth buying back into here.”
I’m a bit confused by this one... What are you intentions? Why are you focused on Vast if you think there won’t be much worth buying back into? Doesn’t really add up.
“what are you going to do about it?”
Errrr, I thought that was pretty obvious... exactly what I’m doing right now by questioning your comments and the rationale behind your posts?
The risks you’ve stated aren’t exactly new ones with exception to the emerging Coronavirus situation. As I’ve said many times on here I think it’s healthy to debate the downside and the upside.
I also thinks it’s healthy to call out bull**** and a strategy to seed doubt into investors minds. Fantasy does the opposite for example and questions a lot of ramping on here.
I’m terms of what’s brought the share price down from the post financing deal peak of 0.42p to these levels it’s hardly “the Company’s actions” is it. Inaction would have been a stronger argument regarding lack of announcements. I actually think the Company has been smart and not played into traders hands who sold the last big news, and are now waiting for the next bottom to buy-in again.
Sonic - give it a rest. The only reason for your doom and gloom outlook being posted every hour is to get the sp to 0.17p, or lower to load up. That’s the only driver.
I have no problem with people wanting to buy in lower that but stop pretending you have current shareholders interest at heart whilst spouting every single downside scenario possible.
Sonic - which trade was your sell this morning?
