The rampers hype is over riding the speculation, lets take a reality check, Safety so far is encouraging if the higher dosage fails to produce clean efficacy data or toxicity shows then the trial stalls & the trial becomes more expensive requiring further equity though reversing the pols if the therapy works at higher dosage hemogenyx re-rates imho hemo are a small cap bio company and the enrolment of new patients is 1/2 @ a time until more patients have been enrolled at cohort 1b then it is to early to produce efficacy data,Lastly & sadly not all Aml patients that have been screened to join the clinical trial make it.....'C'est la Vie'.....🐭
