Haha. Im in a flattering mood today Shouston. I'll take brownnose too Rodgetrades. Don't mind. Maybe that 5.71% rise after the last few days of downward trend has lifted my spirits. And yes HFB, I'm learning not to look at the SP. And no I cannot substantiate my bold claim that we acquired the rights to anything - not least tranquility base. I'm just a court jester who, because of this board and because for once it seems I got in really low with boil at .05s, I'm feeling a bit optimistic with things. You should see me channeling my inner HFB to my wife pretending its my own research. She's well impressed - she even let me top up on some of the drops because she thinks I'm an enlightened investor! If only she knew.
Yees Shouston! That was naughty of me to school Spartanxx but that was a time when there was so much research and sentiment on here. And then for someone to just jump in and not bother to read literarily the rich posts below! I know if you don't ask you don't get but my goodness some people take the biscuit. I know I'm guilty of wanting quick answers but a little respect to the posters goes a long way.
Also, you've been great too with your insights on here Shouston. So thanks.
Anyways, its good board this. Just hope we're rewarded. I missed out on COPL but hey ho. If, no, when, BOIL comes good...
A bit of bants but just got a cold chill realisation that I'm only heavily invested here, and the reason why I haven't sold, it's not because of what Boil has on the ground or anything the board has done but because of the endless charm, wit and research of HFB. Arise, Sir H, Knight of Chuditch. Hehe. What I'm trying to say Mr is you're appreciated and keep up the good work.
Brilliant posts HFB. If I may add to the following: Shell spent years doing the donkey work , spending £37m and $8m on the Chuditch-1 DISCOVERY well. Those figures are historic, so wouldn't account for the real cost in today's money inflation adjusted. So in a way, the money Shell put in in today's money is significantly more than the £37 and $8m referenced.
Spartanxx, did you even bother to scroll through previous postings on here ?! Oh can’t be bothered. I’ll help. Boil has acquired the rights to the Sea of Tranquility base whereApollo 11 first landed on the moon. NASA had confirmed 100% success strike rate for Luna gas. But due to political pressure with the USSR, they abandoned the project. We inherited it almost on a steal many moons later (ignore the pun) and we now hope - given the USSR is no longer there - nasa might JV with us and reclaim their old discovery! And our sp will go to the mooon and stars. Our very wise captain is HFB and if you want to make his acquaintance, please scroll down to previous postings.
That doesn't make sense. I work in the industry so I'm an expert in this. The fact that you paid them off - and also with support from the guarantor - suggests the loans were lent affordably. The back up was the guarantor, and it sounds like they bailed you out (hence why they were the guarantor). It would've been un-affordable had the guarantor not been properly vetted; or been under pressure from you or if they didn't really know much about the loan. But this claiming because you can is the problem! You benefited from the money lent to you, which the highstreet bank probably wouldnt have lent when you needed it the most. So whilst I get some dubious tactics from the amigo and other payday loans before them, it can also be unfair for them as borrowers dont always complete their end of the bargain/obligations.
Hi. Used to be invested lth with Vast then left at beginning of the year. I was those that patiently waited for licences for Baita - painfully dropping from .60s to .9 at one point. Then licence came and nothing. Then suddenly, overnight, focus seemed to shift to diamonds. Nobody talked about Baita anymore! Still, it seemed as tho patience had paid off and years of averaging got me to highs of .50p before slowly dropping back for past year. Mugabe died. Hopes of reform. Promises of a major announcement and diamonds tomorrow. Working with community. Blah blah blah. I just gave up and switched off. Been having a look now and again and can see it’s all about Baita again! And something about a bridge. What the hell happened to diamonds? Still hope to come back some day but this has to be the most infuriating, criminal bod second only to George at Prem! There’s always a tale with them and justification. Anyways, would be nice if someone can tell me if the diamonds play has died a death. Sorry for the rant/incoherent crap.
Great perspective. You can’t reason tho with people who are entitled and want to be quick millionaires! They can’t even appreciate where odx was six months compared to now!
Me too bruv!
But how many shares were at issue at the time it was 0.75? The constant placing has eroded trust massively - not to mention the countless broken promises. I still think it will come good - but be objective and fair when looking back at recent Vast history
