Below was directed @Five Candles with his poor attempt to deramp.
Literally two minutes after this negative comment, a 30 mil buy lands! Try harder!
Havent posted in a while but I can't believe another £192k just got printed and hardly anyone blinked. Just another day, these days, on Boil. Interesting times. Imagine if that was to become the norm...
Not really applebee. Have a look at yesterdays closing sales. Equally monster sells. And it’s been the case through out the day with huge wells which didn’t stop the SP. On the contrary, it’s very likely it’s Atlas offloading which I think is buoying the market as the faster they’ve gone the better for the SP. Hope for a TR1 from atlas to confirm this in due course. Of course, I could be wrong! But I think sentiment is great past few days.
There’s literally a storm coming if you live in the south east or in vast land. While potential dilution is scary, getting quits of Atlas is a joy to behold. MMs can’t sus which way to go. Nor anyone here. Proper guessing game. I think I’ll hold - and imagine it’s a good storm! BUT - not for the faint of heart! Fortune favours the brave, I think?
Seems harsh!
I hope no one answers that. Always found that kinda question like, how much do you earn!? Then it splits the regular posters into haves and have nots! Me says however much your invested, may it double! Quadruple. And good luck. On a side note, so happy there wasn’t any of those monster late trades today which are just a kind fxxx trying to work out whether it’s good or bad!
@Sharabel. A bit dishonest. That 80K hasnt been mopped up at all! I want this to do so well but it's why I'd recommend people, if you can, to invest in live prices so you can spot pokies instead of finding the truth 15 mins later. Hope this rallies; onwards and upwards.
@Noob67. While not the same industry, you’ll find EUA did something similar. I recall it being circa .65p when it came to my attention. Flew to circa 2p then a massive massive **** drop over a few sessions, and into the weeks. There was no placing, although all sorts of rumours went. Then slowly back into 2ps. I panicked and sold our circa 2.5p because of the **** drop fears and rumours! Then it picked up steam. 3p, 4p, into 7s before I could blink! Suspension. Re-list. Rest is history. But back to your point, yes, there’s plenty precedent in monster shares having very curious SP action. I don’t know what will happen with copl, but I hope I don’t wake up next week and find it in the 60ps, all because I sold out because of it retraced from 39p to 33p!! Because I’m haunted by what could have been had I kept the faith with EUA!!
But that kinda posts then scares them to sell when it couldn't all possibly be doom and gloom. This hikes and their 14-15 entry point will seem a stroke of genius. No one ever rarely gets the perfect entry. What you don't want - or you should feel sorry for, are the ones caught out on 30% 60% spikes which could well have happened in the morn on the news. There's hope.
I remember HFB saying on another board that TR1s aren’t at requirement to notify immediately - they can do so at their leisure. So if that’s the case, those large trades could very well be tr1’d in due course. Doesn’t have to be warrants. My assumption is that warrants have to be rns’d quite quickly. So my guess is the large trades were ii loading and in time, they will declare. I am ramping to be honest as I want this to do well as heavily in - so take that with a pinch.
I speak for the inexperienced (from experience). It’s better that it doesn’t spike, or open up super high. That way, you don’t buy or sell based on extreme volatility or emotions or fear that “you’ve missed out” because 9 out 10, it will be a casino and you’ll loose lots. Slow rises does buy you time to assess things and make better informed decisions. Also, if you believe in the fundamentals (of which this is sitting strongly), that’s a great place to be! Before you know it, you’ll be at your exit point if you’re disciplined to fight greed. So, ignore the LBs - unless you’re day trading in which case listen to the devils advocates (broken clocks are right now and again), have a read of the last two major updates (upon re-list and q2). Remember that each hour, the company is making money, regardless of the SP which is going up and down each hour. In time, the SP will marry up to reality. Gla
I was in EUA around 1p. It hiked to 2p something before an almighty **** drop! The downfall was sustained and the likes of doomsayers were out with the knives with "oh this is worrying & horrific e.t.c." It kept climbing down. I bailed out circa 1.5p. The downturn persisted. Then it began rising. 3p. Still fresh from the **** drop and real fear from the doom-mongers, I didn't re-join. Then the heartbreak as it kept rising. 4, 5,7p. Then boom - suspended! Like Copl. And it was a while before it re-listed. The difference of course is when it re-listed, it went up and up - at some point hitting 44p. The moral of story here is, a good thing can look awful at times and the vultures will circle with glee. Horrific. Worrying. But, oh, if only I'd trusted why I was in the first place... and held my nerve!!!!!!!!!!!
But isn’t the difference that resting (on good news) was followed by an almighty dump of shares by Hadron. Since then and the sell off that followed, plus warrants today, q2 might not have a similar sell off. Which will hopefully see positive sentiment takes over. P.s, it’s me thinking out loud, and guessing, so not ramping!!
That’s nonsense! It does move. And when it does, it really does. Feb 2020, it moved many bags from circa .05 touching .5!!! It moved too in April from circa .06 to .14. So your 3 year holding without moves isn’t fully accurate. Unless you got in on a spike and are trapped (happened to me with Boil before so I feel your pain if that’s the case). But your right, it comes down very quickly and then nothing! In fairness, most aim stocks do the same and Boil has never hidden the fact it’s a very speculative share. Gla
