In this instance the cost cutting is the work force. People are leaving with great knowledge, customer relationships which in turn will result in lost turnover or worse another competitor. SIG have time and time again fallen victim to this.

All I see is history repeating itself.

The market might grow 4-5%, correct… but will SIG?
