Im upbeat even though Stage 2 is not as panning out like I thought it would (as many others are feeling as well Im sure). Ultimately its a bit annoying that having been invested here for the better part of 2 years, the price is at 15p so yes would have made more money sticking it in a bank but this was always a long hold for me. Im under 30 so even if it takes 5-10 years Im not too bothered. The ones losing out will be the impatient
Perhaps but in case he isnt.....we were all new once and people have helped me when I have asked simple questions before
In the top right you will see 'SXX Live RNS' click there for the latest news. RNS is basically a regulated news service so you know the info coming out about the company is legitimate and not nonsense
Hi Marcboro,
Have you tried reading the RNS's? In simple terms (I believe) there is a placing event going on (around 15 to 18p) so the market is adjusting, id hold on for now and wait for the volatility to die down
Thanks for all the responses, makes much more sense to me now
Think Ill play safe and just leave my shares as is, I believe where this company is going and not out to try and make a quick buck here
Does the SP usually head towards the placing price in the short run then?
Thank you for the response Porthleven,
Yes I realise that placing usually isnt available to private investors, I was just more curious if say a placing happens (at 12p), I would have thought the share price would go down in the short term (dilution right?) but rise in the long term as long as invested for opportunity for growth as opposed to paying wages/stopping bankruptcy?.
I have been invetsed here for a few months, bought in at 10p, then again recently at 15p (average now 13p) and was more curious that if a drop was expected because of placing, then surely it would make sense to sell out and buy on the rebound after placing (probably a naive thought and Ive no doubt missed something obvious like timing etc) but that was the thought process. For the record I am in for the long haul here
Will check out that podcast at lunch cheers
Hi, as a relatively novice investor, I was hoping someone could explain this Placing a little bit to me. Essentially will the share 'place' at a certain price (I've seen people say 12p) in order to raise funds as presumably a company will see 12p (for example) as a cheaper price that what the share is worth and buy in. Does that mean the share will go down to this price from what it is now (again using 12p as an example)
Thanks
Rooster, Don't you get tired of being wrong all the time?

Hi Myo,
Just curious, where do you get these figures from, is this a Level 2 thing?
Not sure anyone can guarantee that however many of us on here are positive about this project and believe in the long run it will be. Depends on your situation but I would still suggest reading up a bit before diving in
But there are cases where a rights issue comes about and current shareholders have the opportunity to purchase some at a reduced price. I am guessing something different is happening here so might need a little knowledge dropped on me?
Hi, as a relatively novice trader
From the RNS this morning:
"Application will be made for the admission of the 250,102 New Shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence on or around 10 April 2019. On admission the New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares."
Do we get a chance to buy these shares at 5p and if so how?
Thanks
So the assumption here being that someone or a Trust has bought the one share to attend the meeting to decide of they want to commit? Implying that a potentially big investment is coming?
Kapersky,
Excuse my ignorance but why might one share code signal an RNS? Or perhaps this is a joke?
What? What? Is it another doom and gloom prediction with no backing evidence from Daniel again?
I agree, for me this is hunker down time and whatever happens with ST2 happens. Its impossible to predict exactly what happens, you go with your research and your gut feel and I am remaining positive
