Hi Draft it is impossible to work out NPV when we don’t know the companies aims regarding Hydrogen assets .
For instance this is a quote from Luke Johnson in Feb
“With hydrogen, I think early-phase projects will see developers like myself carry through beyond the developer-exit option, at least in the early phases, before transactions start to occur, and mirror what we see in wind and solar. So we’re preparing to build, execute, and operate those assets.”

Been looking into this today
At Shoreham Port, Getech increased phase 1 hydrogen design capacity from 800 kg/day to 2.5 tonne/day due to bigger local demand and extended its commercial exclusivity to 2027.
2.5 tons per day is a huge amount and will require a lot of electricity to provide it . Shoreham does have a gas powered power station but ultimately to provide green hydrogen it will need wind/ solar .
Wind being the most obvious and green hydrogen having access to far larger government grants Rampion wind farm is a possible answer with the onshore cables landing very near Shoreham port at Brooklands Pleasure Park.
Obviously that power is currently being utilised but with plans for Rampion2 which will provide 3x the amount of power of Rampion 1 it would leave plenty available for Shoreham hydrogen hub

No problem chaps also worth noting although it was the March meeting the minutes are from November 22. So quite possible that the extra practices are now on board.
