I believe the money was raised to pay off convertible placing because news is forthcoming to move share price sharply higher

The share price is pitiful and the CEO answer to why is the share price so low was woeful

The Deutsche note comment I believe in the past a Deutsche analyst who wrote a bearish note on Avacta I believe his wife had previously been involved with a company who did Avacta PR. They were removed is it the same Deutsche analyst who wrote this appalling note today whatever it should be investigated by the authorities for misleading information
