A quick question to A.I. "predator area in morocco,could there be oil beneath the thermogenic gas" yes oil is formed at deep depths and high temps formed over millions of years... quote P.G. we almost lost the well the GAS pressure was so high we almost had a BLOWoUT! i thought the new troll had read the rns,s?? and as keith has said there has been oil under our licence area, people using crude wooden derricks were pumping it out a 100 years ago and releasing the unwanted methane GAS.. keith has kindly published a heat and depth map of our area, the red bit is the deep/ very hot "KITCHEN" again easy to find. a lot of our licence area is in the RED, best bit, so gas , oil and helium from very deep granite rocks then. the geology is all there ,and above is a dirty great pipeline to/from europe to transport the gas, it can flow both ways! again thanks to grh and keith and others for there very detailed/accurate facts on what we have backed up by the geology, and yes commerciality hasnt been delared yet. this has also been covered many times, see the 10 YEAR TAX WINDOW its better than 7 or 8 yrs isnt it? so whats next on the agenda then? no flow from t.t. and all the wells cost more to run than they produce?? the lth now this will multi bag very soon,and mou6 in 1 month, and a partner on board and secrecy from p.g. and no agm as yet anounced. we all wait for the plethora of imminent news,,,,

Im not a expert or a millionaire, yet..., but keith mentioned a dubai office and a quick research (i visited once before children/fatherhood ..and a fabulous place for a holiday!) the low tax,s for a individual or a company/ large corporation at a low - zero income tax - ,to 9% corp, tax looks like a nice base for pred to be registered if we hit it big, dont know how this compares to Jerseys low rates? as p.g. is Very careful with his/our money we can only assume this is a POSITIVE venture leading to something bigger in the future, just like NOT declaring a find in Morocco preserves the 10 year tax breaks . maybe he is very bullish on a mou6 re-drill or rising pressures in mou3? and has taken this step for a future lower tax rate?

BE CAREFUL OF TROLLS.... if there was no gas then the large salt dome would not be complete and its all floated away... IF SO its not any good for gas storage, init....

The delay on mou3 is down to waiting for pressure logs on the well to see if we get any natural well clean up for no cost!! , the delay in T.T. was down to the paperwork not getting signed off until last week,friday?? and only now can the well workovers begin, we already have the rns stating how many are being targeted and a conservative 40% uplift. this same method has shown 100 to 200% well flow increases using the same techniques, so i think pg is under promising to avoid disappointment ?. pg also thinks a new well will find oil so that to come next year,and ireland could happen any time,especially if we have a hard winter and europe needs extra gas as minus 20 degrees centigrade is normal for poland etc. our own government is also a problem importing gas from norway from the SAME NORTH SEA OIL AND GAS FIELDS, so they can claim the net zero scam is a good thing. hopefully usa and others will reverse the global warming agenda,climate change is natural over thousands of years, geology proves it with ant arctica being once green ,not covered in perma frost as it is now.

And a bit deeper the OIL.. the 3 d scan of our area will show what we have in greater detail, that will build our value before any partnership or sell off a ring fenced area, leaving say half of our area in prd,s hands if paul can get that sort of a deal, 5 to 10 tcf in the already explored mou1 to 6 should be a big enough slice of the cake for a major to want us, or onhym will step up and get as much as they can for the kingdom without dilution to a 3rd party as they loose the tax money for 10 years once commerciality is eventually declared. this is possibly the reason for all the delays as a 10 yr window is a better deal than 7 yrs tax free when $billions are coming out of the ground..

If P.G. does a deal as clever as the T.T. deal i think we are in safe hands, the same as ireland and a floating sru idea.

So is it 100% that we will need mou6 to be drilled? if the pressure build up in mou3 is good enough with the nitrogen shut in doing its job, the damage may be repaired by the high pressure gas pushing its way though the dried mud/cutting fluids. This is what pg is alluding to when he said they will review the data in september ie tomorow if the T.T. DEAL IS DONE AND DUSTED WITH THE WELL WORK OVERS NOW ABLE TO PROCEDE WITH THE CONTRACTS ALL SIGNED OFF. He wouldnt of wanted to start the work overs if there was a chance of another hold up,if he got a 100 or 200% increse from the first well workover possibly the price/terms might of got changed, not in our favour. and as for mou3 if the pressure has risen and holds when flow tested fluids can be extracted/swabbed if needed, scrapping and acid washing also a option, before a new well at a slight angle to miss the gas bearing sands depths by 4 meters to drill into un -damaged formations/rocks/fine sands. I guess we will find out shortly, the pressure logs must be available for a specialist to interpret how long it has taken or NOT to build back up, we know it was over -pressured to start with so medium /average pressure is ok for good flow if half of the weeps into the well are still blocked. If we started with medium to low pressure then that would of been a bigger problem OR MUCH LONGER to clean up if hoping for just natural low pressurized gas to do the job for us.

My cup runneth over, well done p.g. if this was baseball you,ve hit it out of the park, dept free, no exposure to operating costs, just scrape the cream off of the top, 13 heavy well workovers targeted using patented techniques not used in T.T. before (120 wells in total). Steady income stream for prd and local wells under one umbrella for reduced costs, sounds good to me. $48 million in tax credits to use up, inherited as part of the deal. Opex previously mentioned as low as $18 per barrel.

Thanks again to keith, another great find! a email could get us noticed if we are still to small to be on the radar of the majors, when we get the details of our mystery partner and some details of the deal we will all be happy, except for the doomsters constantly looking to trade this. the deal they got is ok if they get 10% of all that is found with the partner putting 500Million in they must be confident of Billions in return on there investment. As just like prd we have only explored a very small part of our license area. the funding for the 3d mapping could be transformational if thats what P.G. has done.

A agm may be delayed by Acquisitions or Mergers, forcing a delay in the companys accounts..

As we are far beyond a AGM and 28 days notice of a meeting is required, we can only assume nda,s in place, and a EGM will be called to discuss the extraordinary items going on behind the scenes!! If our new partner has invested a large amount of money to fund certain items, then they would require radio silence until items are proven up to discourage a hostile takeover by a even bigger fish looking to snap up prd. we can only assume by P.G.s demeanor something is cooking in prd,s Guercifs kitchen,we might have to wait until mou6 is drilled.
