Troajan. The tungsten graph price tells a different story right now. I think that will turn if a global recession can be averted, but the price continues to fall. How far will they let the trade wars go, and what damage will have been caused. Finally the German banks are letting staff go...they couldn't bury it forever. The future is unknown. The present and past are not.

Is this not just a question that every investor would like to know given the recent money raises (cough cough cash calls) for a FULLY funded and UNDER budget development? Admittedly, I omitted the question mark.

I took on board your thoughts re EV. Did a bit of my own research and will not be buying an electric car. You were correct, hydrogen looks set to steal the show...in relatively short time frames too by the looks of it. Mrs Oldie will wait out the present EV ride.

Troajan. There is the possibility that MM, by chance, could create some sizzle...still. Imagine a significant Regua JORC upgrade (we know its coming) and FID, with the gold news (should be much better), a contract selling our waste product to make pots and plates, on top of good LP news....if the latter is production news (means all kit working) and the market likes it then it could lead to a a positive upward cycle. The news for each one could compound the other. Each bit of news alone may not mean a great deal but cumulatively...

Due diligence is just risk management. They wanted to reduce their risk and exposure to that risk. Hence the crap repayment rate (not comparing to anything), as is the case with other start ups - risk. Less risk better rates. Any lender knows assets are only worth fire sale value. Shares and fees also help reduce their risk. They have accounted for total loss. I certainly hope they have, or at least the person signing it off did.

K3. All those banks that went pop in 2008 and thereabouts, all carried due diligence (to a lesser or great degree). Still went pop. Business.

I didnt say they would be happy. However, business is business and deals go bad. Blackrock, on their paperwork and as part of their due diligence, will have considered total loss. That is just good business, well a total loss isn't, but the process of adding to your risk is just business. So yes, there will be paperwork associated to total loss. Do you seriously think they have not included that? Risk is for both parties.

K3. BlackRock can mothball the site. I have said this before. 35mill is pocket money for them. Fire sale if need be. Tax write off. So yes BlackRock win win. They wont be to bothered about Allmineral and any loses they [Allmineral]incur. Allmineral, and others, could always seek legal recourse in relation to any outstanding losses. However, BR can can kick and tie a legal process up in knots for quite a while. Good luck taking on such a lender...deep pockets required. I dont believe this will happen, but it is possible.

Troajan, I have no technical knowledge but I was under the impression that the kit we have is designed to even out the process and thereby minimise the effect of erratic feed. Happy to be shot down on this one, it just rings a bell. I would also like to think that the extra drilling that took place will allow seams to be better managed from the point of blasting to processing and then selling. More consistency?

If we can produce, consistently, and sell then money will come in. The numbers (profit) should improve in time, and fairly quickly. Maybe money from those in ORM will head this way. However, numbers are required to prove the journey is as quoted. This will also prove that the kit is working and running as it should. AllMinneral already have one large black mark against their name. Numbers, numbers and more numbers (real numbers, not finger in the air ones). Profitability.
