Should this merit an RNS?

I’ve just received the latest (November 2021) edition on ‘Moors Messenger’.
Key points…
One of the main shafts is at 118m. Prep work started on other main shaft.
Tunnel is nearly halfway between Wilton and Woodsmith. Does this mean they will use just one TBM?
(Ventilation) Shaft sinking at Lockwood Beck is complete.
Prep works have started at Ladycross Plantation with (ventilation) shaft sinking due to start next year.
1,300 people employed .

Perhaps it’s ‘major’ compared to what AAL paid but it’s peanuts compared to the value that Woodsmith will command once it’s operational.
And the tunnel is not almost complete. They haven’t even reached Lockwood Beck yet nor have they started the TBM from Whitby.

Well, they’re not rushing to buy the shares. The programme could take quite some time.
I assume the sp would be somewhat lower if there wasn’t a buyback in progress. With $1billion to be spent, the lower sp allows for more shares to be bought back. That must be good news.

Deferring Woodsmith would be expensive and I think the problems at AA would need to be extraordinary for any deferment to be considered.
Having just returned $2billion to shareholders, I’d hope they have funding for Woodsmith in the ‘committed cash’ line.

Essentially, as the sp rises, you buy at the ‘ask’ price, for example 4p when the bid price is 3.5p but when the trade is reported the sp has an ask price 5p and a bid price of 4.5p. This trade will show a a sell because the deal was struck below the mid point of the buy and ask prices at the time the trade was reported.

Sure,
Does this help…

It seems perfect rly clear to me.
The technology doesn’t have a clear path to market. Cheaper hydrogen is and will be available for quite some years to come. Why would you rush a product to market that is ahead if it’s time?
I’ll hold (but not add) for a few more years.
Sloooow burner.

It was clearly a good move to get rid of the coal miner from Anglo American. Just like the takeover of Sirius Minerals, the move was orchestrated to benefit Anglo American at the expense of the small investor, many of whom are now left with a tiny number of shares in a company they didn’t want. Shares that will probably just die over time and are not worth selling due to commission fees.
With just 50 shares, I may as well leave them where they are and hope for a small dividend before the company finally folds.
