Presumably the seller knows that the SP won't be going up while every man and his dog knows that the shares are being offloaded, so is happy to get the price now being offered. However, that doesn't mean a few million won't be held back to take advantage of any future rise in the SP and raise a few extra pounds as a consequence!

You only need to have the Mrs distracted for a while, Poldark chappy good bait I believe, then slip a holdall fuĺl of readies to the awaiting stooges at the back door, Bob, Safety, STV and HH, who'll steal off into the night, deposit said wonga then buy lots and lots of Wres shares, some of which may end up in your name...remember, never trust a stooge completely!!

I think Mrs Bob doesn't realise how a blokes corpuscles react on hearing things mechanical and powerful in full motion? Two things I'd love to have been able to see and hear was a full flight of piston engined WW2 aircraft, even Jermin ones, flying overhead, not much chance now I'm afraid (USA a possibility maybe?) , and a broadside salvo from one the big battleships (USA again still has the capability i believe?) .....well I'm buggered, just caught a red nosed Bf109 going in the opposite direction to the Spitfire, it's started all over again......

Just watching an old episode of Foyles War and a Spitfire flew right over my house (presumably from Farnborough Air Show). Always a thrill to hear that Merlin V12 ambling overhead however fleeting!
