Kev, if BVD had no reference to Hansource, that would imply that the 330m shares have been spirited away so as not to be shown as an asset should the company be dissolved. Therefore, whoever holds or held the shares are acting as nominees on behalf of Hansource and are responsible for the persistent 3m sells. If so, a tidy profit is being made by someone, probably this Bo Dong chap. Call me cynical, but do I detect a tax fiddle by any chance? As if?

Good morning all. According to Company House, Hansource is once again an active company with Bo Dong as the only officer of the company, the other four having resigned. Perhaps over the next few days things will become clearer with regard to their holding and what their intent is. It would be good to be able to put this Hansource issue to bed once and for all.

Einstein hardly a babe magnet Franny plus he's not on the tele much these days!! Mind you, we might need him or his modern counterpart to sort out this numbers business. e=mc2, piece of cake in comparison to Wres shares.

Moggy, could these latest 3m sells be the odd 18m @ 6x3m leaving 4 to go or had you already accounted for them?

Moggy sounded quite certain earlier, but Kev did say that the 3% hadn't necessarily been declared, so who's to say that it's only 3% and not a great deal more, therefore these 3m sells could go on for quite some time yet and well never find out who it was.

So much for Moggy's 3% theory!

I'm wiv you there Franny, it's just that as I'm getting older, I get more impatient in case I'm not able to enjoy the fruits of my patience going back to the Caspian days, and some other bugger getting their grubby mitts on it. Doggy, looking at the CH records, it all looks very messy. The question is though, as it looks like Hansource are in the process of restoration with Bo Dong currently as the only active member, what will he do with the 330m (if thats still correct) shares held by Hansource? As things stand, it means Hansource cannot be the persistent 3m seller, therefore we're no wiser than MM in that respect. All very X files me thinks!!!

I posted earlier saying that I thought a move to the main market might be on the cards. Does anyone who attended the site visit know if the question was put to MM at all?

I'd just like to add my thanks to Bob for his comments after the sight visit. It clearly demonstrates that Bob really does know a thing or two about things that aren't horticultural in nature!!
Today's announcement though, reinforces my belief that MM is looking to move out of AIM and on to the main market at the earliest appropriate moment so as to attract the attention of more II's. Maybe one or two hints were dropped on Friday's site visit? Let's see if the current news flow translates into another blue day? GLA.
