Good point either way any placement in this case scenario will be good for developing the business. It isn't for paying wages and expenses...

Placement likely to secure the holy grail which I am happy with. Doubt the placement will be at a significant discount. I reckon any placement will be oversubscribed at 1p. Sp will re rate massively once we open if we secure all 3 assets. Happy days here to all holders.

This is amazing news really confirmation that share will be suspended untill all assets secured. Happy to wait and glad I'm in. Would be kicking myself if I was out. The opportunity to buy at bargain basement prices has long gone.

All the assets are likely to be acquired whilst the share is in suspension. The board change and new company name will all be announced whilst the share is in suspension also. Reverse takeover will happen and we will eventually have a complete new oil and gas producing company on day bone when the shares trade again. One thing is certain when it does it won't be trading at 1.17p

The only reason why Simon is on site is because he likes the pretty uniforms the Pertamina Staff have. Could be both would have thought the appointment of a new board member would not warrant a suspension on the share though. Estimated guess but I would say deal done and reason for the suspension was high probability of it leaking prior to the official rns. We did start to see some pretty big delayed trades come through and this gives them a breather to get it right. Great call in my book shows the professionalism of the board and DW.
