There was a competition on share prophets or pickers with the closing date at the end of the month. I think DW said name change after 1st deal and the prize was going to be paid by Ceb so deal view video close if not done especially with thesuspension and pod cast.

Any fundraising will be at a premium to the current sp. Guaranteed it will be over subscribed even at a premium. It's a lot easier to raise funds when you have two or three deals done which are cash generating and you can't buy on the open market. This suspension could really play into DW's hands and was always part of the plan.

And happy don't know anyone that isn't happy but plenty of those locked out that aren't.

Yes you are wrong if you bought you should have known suspension was likely so like it and lump it. If your happy to sell knowing this will be at a lower price what you bought then your an idiot. Enjoy selling at 1p I won't be.

If they are still in suspension come April then there will be a lot of people worried including me. Yes they can come out well before this and commence trading and continue to release rns' s even though we are suspended. I'm expecting announcements regulary if nothing more than to keep the interest and keep share holders sanity. I don't think we will come out of it though until ideally three deals are signed and sealed and the placing sorted and rto completed. Will take time but a lot of the donkey work could have been sorted this has been planned for a long time.

Anyway you can check the bid and ask at the time of the transaction?

That the greatest asset ceb have is DW and the team he has assembled. Without the contacts and relationships which the team have developed over 25yrs you won't ever sign anything in Indonesia. Look at slamat specificaly brought in due to his contacts and reputation for a being a deal closer. Personal relationships are everything in this part of the world and there is a lot of goodwill to these guys. I think many will be amazed at the size of the deals these boys will bring home. And the best part is no De ramping will make one iota of a difference. When this reopens I'm fully expecting at least three separate deals to have landed and a placing at the current so or at a premium. The placing will be massively oversubscribed because even a fool can see that this will be massive and significant profit is likely from these low levels.

No discount this its offshore cab won't touch It. Let's just concentrate on 3-4 onshore assets pls. ...

DW has previously worked for ConocoPhillips so will know the field and people. Maybe depends on the terms I guess. Not convinced the suspension will take as long as people think. This has been planned for six months plus a lot of the donkey work could be near to fruition....
