Todays RNS will be picked up by the market

Time for a reversal of trend after today's RNS I think

07-Jan-14 Panmure Gordon target 180.00 raised from a target of 134. If that is anything to go by (and they are usually a bit wide of the mark) I done well this morning.

Bought in today after RNS and looking back through previous RNS's leads me to believe this could be a hold for a while.

The buys today should be just PI's getting in ahead of the expected news this month

So my buy does not register, but UT at 96 does? lol sometimes the games played with the prices would drive the FSA mad if they had any interest.

Involving PI's is long winded, whereas the route taken relatively fast. If it is a good buy (I have no idea) then it is a good deal for holders, and that is the crux of the issue not a short term loss. Is it a good buy?

Well okay 275 not 300 :-). Your points concerns me a bit but I am not too concerned atm, a worthy point all the same. One thing that is different is the amount of xx.xxK buys and sells that have been going through of late. Interesting times.

Well I have traded Vgas very successfully for near on 4 years now. I was hear when the deep well was spudded and the rise to 300 on speculation of it being a company maker. Shame it was a duster! I bought and held for near on 18 months in my latest trade and up 25%, but never intended to hold that long. From what I see the Dobrinskoye Gas Processing Plant has to be cleared and operational soon now which will enable much more cash flow and profits. I see that accomplishment as a company maker and should enable the re-rating. Please don't think I am insinuating that the SP will be getting to 300 again, but I do expect it higher than it has been for a while and I also expect it to hold there. The frustration is that this Plant has taken so long to get up to full capacity. I do see this as inevitable however. If the SP does not hold at higher levels I could see your theory of it going private come to fruition. I have zero experience of that, but surely it would cost them mega-bucks to do so? If you know more I'd be happy to listen.

Were RNS'd on 29th March last year so expect around the same this year. Should read very positive based on the already stated increase in BOPD in previous RNS's. We should see profits rise in line with the rise in BOPD, making allowances for the paying back of short term loans of course.

This share keeps under the radar, but the prospects are so good. Been revisiting my research and can only see upward pressure on the SP. Okay they may get a duster on the wells being drilled but it will only be a small dent in % terms. Compare that with the upside from the VM field getting connected .....

Good to see some upward movement. Are you still in Lowie100? as it looks like 2012 is going to be very good for us that have VGAS shares.
