ECHO been a 'leaky' share in the past....I mean would be able to infer from the price action of the SP today before any official news released of the outcome of the Bondholders meeting....my guess...and it is only a guess...is that we will see SP reflect what outcome of meeting was before official confirmation....GL All OF
