sheesh....dg....with rent so sky high nowadays....is tough...but admire your initiative....moving out early.....Personally would only move out if absolutely necessar...ie for a job etc...new town....As with shares....at the moment...new vaccine on horizon....renewed optimism...could be a good time to get in...but try to diversify.....and dont get obsessed with shares...like I did...starts to rule your life then ;-(((
