Good morning all, regarding Thalitha, when could we expect the Talitha results to be available?
Talitha spuds this month and drilling to 10,000ft. We are spudding late February to 6,000ft. There will be other factors than depth to the drill, but could I take our schedule, and pro-rata the drill time to arrive a very approximate results time for Talitha?
aim4, thank you for pointing that out, I am clearly behind the times in my understanding, my apologies to anyone reading my earlier comments.
brombarb, thank you for the link, I will read and bring myself up to date. my wardrobe is the same, it's also out of date, only by a much bigger margin.
dazzle, I think not, the ISA limit is the ISA limit, £20,000, regardless on whether the £20,000 is deposited in cash into the ISA account, or existing share value. All that the provider is doing in the overall process is selling whatever shares are asked to be sold in the Trading account, transferring £20,000 of the proceeds into the ISA account, then buying the same shares back. Depending the on the total value of the share being sold originally, this process may or may not buy the same number of shares back within the ISA.
10:48 spot on dazzle. that all add ups as I see it. tax only applies to the profit, not the original investment, that applies to any business. the £12,300 allowance in any given year could however be improved on if there were any losses to be carried forward from a previous year.... not that a previous loss is an improvement to anything directly! And that loss could be from any CGT situation, not just shares, it could be a property loss for example. And a loss could be taken on say shares not yet sold, a sale and buy back would allow the loss to be used against the other current year gains.
from one lth to another.....
200-300m x 88e's 76%...I think 76%... that will certainly make tomorrow's jam even sweeter, but we'll still need Merlin and Harrier to prove themselves to get a taste of the jam this year .... I'm not suggesting we would get full return this year, but we should get one of those portion sized jars, we'll have to wait longer for the 454g jar
spot on ddraig. as a standalone prospect it (probably) does not work. the sum of the parts however here will add up to more than the individual parts.... but only if Merlin and/or Harrier come up with the goods and flow. we may well say it's more jam tomorrow, but as I have expressed before, all current jam was once tomorrow's jam.

Ddraig, I like your rationale and views, can't think you've said anything that I don't agree with. I'm no socialist either, but I would be happy to help others here where I could in the hope we would all benefit collectively.
Happy new year to all….
It’s all going on for us in 2021…. Merlin, Harrier, Seabee & Torok, Icewine Farmouts, Yukon, Commercialisation of Condensate, extension of Talitha-A into 88e acreage.
I expect to get slated for this, but here’s what I think about contribution to share price…. assuming it’s all proven to flow of course …. I like to dream now and again
Merlin 5.68 p
Harrier 8.73 p
Yukon 0.63 p
Icewine Conventional 19.39 p
Icewine HRZ 11.28 p
45.72 p
Commercialisation of Condensate ???

That's also how I read that, total 100 bpd across multiples, that would definately change the calculation on chances of success... I think. We need a "Garrym" to contribute on this I think. Happyhols, can you confirm that your view is that if we had 2 zones at 50 bpd that would amount to 100 bpd requirement for commercial success?

This is the statement that interests me:
" and a subsequent
incremental increase in the well cost due to high grading of the quality of the evaluation program."
Have we upgraded, upspec'd or changed the well assessment in some way?
The last I remember on cash raises from DW was at the last Globe presentation, when he said :
" $6m additional requirement in April 2021 … at which time the market cap might be something more like 500m “. Anyone else remember that statement?
