The share issue to Trafalgar at 2p hit the shares hard so overall the CERP deal looks to have been damaging without obvious benefit. BPC would be 7-10p without all this issue / funding uncertainty.

The CERP deal is a strong sell signal.

The BPC BoD must be running the company to suit themselves. They are out of control despite the "shot across the bows" they got on Res 3.

I'm sure you agree CERP deal needs a full explanation which has not yet been forthcoming. In the past you have been pretty much on the ball so it would be good to get reassurance. I'll vote against without a reason other than supporting BoD's hubris.

Potter and the BPC board have changed strategy after 10 years and now have a bevy of 2nd line investors and advisors playing a game about which LTH and PI generally are in the dark. After so many false dawns regarding Bahamian Drilling this creates a situation in which we can have no confidence . Our response imo has to be , sell shares, vote against CERP and above all do not subscribe for or buy more BPC shares. Tell me if I’m wrong But it will take serious good news to change my mind.

The EA is surely tied to a specific rig so Seadrill and BPC must be agreed . Strange nothing is announced yet, unless other news is coming.

If BPC could sell a discovered field and keep the leads for further exploration i believe shareholders would benefit. Really no point for investors like us to develop anything. .

Investors need to be aware that If Perseverance 1 demonstrates commercial oil it will be proving BPC holds massive potential. Not a good idea to sell the company.

What seems evident after the last couple of days is that the BOC share price is unlikely to perform well until some good well results . With so many shares being issued and sold to raise cash there is not enough demand . A Farming deal will change things. Here’s hoping.

IMO results at each target are best announced as with so many people involved news will leak or there could be ill informed speculation. We understand interpretation might be preliminary.

Keith1 - despite my worries about funding not being yet fully in place I’m here for the result. Those of us who go back to Burns’ day may have a bit of ennui but we are expecting a serious discovery.

I have always expected the EA to fall into place when the rig is set. Government appears fully supportive so my big Q is do we have the cash ready to commit to contractors? If so we are go but is it in the bank?

We have been reading about multiple parties in the magical data room for years. The can be little chance of a good deal at 1 minute to midnight. Lets hope Potter & Cie have got other irons in the fire. Is the CLN confirmed?

AIM investors in UK just don’t appreciate that few Bahamians buy shares and most don't have confidence there is oil anyway! Furthermore the charges within the MF make it intrinsically less attractive than direct ownership of BPC shares so its only keen investors with blocked B$ who might have had an appetite for the Fund. BPC have more than done their duty to the people.
