Pathfinder Minerals originally acquired a large African mineral sands project in Mozambique back in 2011 for £34 million via a paper reverse takeover transaction. These licences have been subject to dispute for 9 years trying to regain control of them through the courts. Recent news indicates that Pathfinder, finally, looks to be making serious progress at long last. A deal seems to be fast evolving on the licences with the key difference that there appears to be the buy in of all parties. Such developments would seem to herald a basis change for long suffering shareholders.

so 2011 for licence assuming 20 year licence thats gives 6 years to go till it expires and returns to mozambique hands now the BIT process is insanly SLOW.....6 years time ahh you won there the licence back .....ohh in 5 days it expires we get it back at huge legal cost to yourselves to 'own' it for 5 days

the pyshics stuff might sound a bid odd to say the least but might be onto something maybe not sods wont say but it basically goes back some 20 odd years when i read about that gold can only apparently be created in the pressure and temperature of a star...so me being me i thought...what the **** is it doing on this rock?.....you dont get asteroids or meteors from a sun? so whats it doing here? been rattling around for a bit...until i watched an netflix video and saw that a blackhole was spinning outwards (kinda stupid) and thought ****e they go out as the big bang was kinda screwed at the time started to ponder how it would work if it was and if it could be the answer to why gold is on this rock....so does it come out basic elements? centrifugal force spinning (flat galaxy) comining out spiral (from the spiral from the blackhole)...humm this might work....gravity and the spinning would effectly clump the base elements in to basic stars...more complex elements can be created in the star now....so how the ****...does it still get on the friggin rock?....it has to go back? into the blackhole and be mixed up and spat out again? so now if it goes out to full extent does the outer ring spin slow down? and would the resulting force comin thro the blackhole be enought to pull it back and thro to the other side?....humm....that would mix the materials again so more complex materials are now with the basic materials so if it back and in the other side how would it get out? ans back again? does the spin if its close become faster? and pull it out? now this time you have heavier and more complex elements which would form asteroids and small planetoids some maybe which now have shiny gold rocks on them...now i have no idea if this is correct or how many times this would actually need to be done to actually do this laws physics say that the energy will dissipate and it should slow down and stabilise

again said this before there average grade is way less than ours they have been mining 4-5% for quite some time so some basic maths brings there grade down to 2.3-2.4% break even just above 2%

You can work out minerals in ground before a JORC fairly easily its not difficult
