am i the only one who is wonder where our little friends have gone? they all sudenly went off to a holiday in benidorm?

if you where wondering why CH took so damn long on calling the meeting it was beacuse JG was dandlging the prospect off a meeting to him i kept on saying to him hes stalling you hes stalling you but no CH kept on thinking he would kave and give in and let him on board one time he said he was going to get a meeting in a week or so and what does JG do then goes on holiday.....kept saying he was stalling didnt listen even mentioned that i thought was stalling for the nov placing....never mind these too hate each other with a vengence and as i have said they shouldnt be put in a room together let along a board room all imho etc etc etc

my god these two really and i mean really hate each other imho off course :-)

lol well played JG new rns out seems hes done the first set off warrants diluted CH 10% then hes issued himself warrants and brought himself upto 26.33 off the shares and now hes diluted CH 10% again bloody class

err shares free...as in paid for waiting on next rns....and you only lose or gain on shares when you sell them inbetween it just paper losses or gains.....so havnt lost anything :-) nice try tho all imho etc etc etc etc blah blah blah

if CH doesnt get on board his next time to try to get onboard is the AGM in jan so ild expect JG to do what he always does which is a nice news drop to counter CH before meeting and the yearly placing just after.......imho but keep up with the doom and gloom its most amusing

ohh and i forgot the best ones there is no boiler.....i kid you not(check there posts) now there trying to say its has problems with gas certification (well if it has problems with gas certification well heck there must be a boiler) and there was the classic there are no employees (check there posts)well CH just said an employee was in contact with him so that goes out the window too you really couldnt make this stuff up well they can apparently as i said someones putting alot off time and effort to bash this

so these same guys where telling us there was no swedish meeting......there was one (check there posts) and just recently they were telling us that there was no tie in with volvo penta and a reputable comapny like that would touch us.....letter off support and now the latest one is that the boiler or mchp doesnt work.......see a patern emerging? there is an awful amont off time and effort being put it to bash this company which to me says someone wants this bad

ohh another thing we have had the warrants which generated 150k so that will keep us going till q2 2021?? probably but we still havent had the placing for the next year its how he works it big news drop then placing (well its how most aim companies work) last one nov 18th last year so we can expect another news drop after that date then placing after that now we have had the news about volvo penta (who apperently wouldnt touch us with a barge pole acording to phimx and co) and the new possible tie in with eqtec????(at same stage as volvo penta last year i suspect) so the only big news he can drop is for the boiler??(we will see) (which apparently wont work according to phimx thordon and now CH)so im now waiting for the next news drop so he can get the full funding for next year...... who knows when?? you guess is as good as mine but anythime after nov 18th ild say and upto feb-april next year is my best guess all imho etc etc GLAH....love it if he dropped it before the meeting tho i doubt it

love it how he turns to threats when someone asks him the hard questions but what is he going to do?

but personally i think even having these two in the same room together will be a bad idea they obviously hate each other (CH and JG)and will not get on so having them on a baord together is just plain stupid(nothing will get done)

and mait yes its a bit odd the CH and 'our little friends' all talk from the same hymn sheet now by his own words he started talking to them(inspirit) 1year ago which is about the time they surfaced (our dear little friends)maybe just odd but...

ohh the other thing that bothers me is why stop at 9% the shares dirt cheap i mean you could by the company for 2-3 million heck you where hesitant to go to the 9% is it because there maybe serious and i mean serious dilution coming from you which has been mentioned by JG?(in why he turened down your offer) is that your master plan huge dilution off the share price and is why you wont go for more shares? (trying to minimised yourself in the dilution)????

if its libel pls sue me would love to see you explain i few things in court

I am withdrawing any support for you as I think your trying to get the tech ‘on the cheap’ and not going down the volvo-penta /eqtec route as others are doing this is all because two grown men cant get along together and make a deal pls destroy any letters off support as such or anything pertaining to use off my shares as this has been withdrawn

one small question in the whole year or so off trying dealing with JG/inspirit they never ever showed you how the tech works you did absolutly no DD? at all i quite frankly dont belive that at all ,is it the case that JG asked a resonable ammount for you to use there patents/tech in the turbines (which you need and soon and your going public with them soon)and your trying to get the company on the cheap by buying 9% i would like to know details and i mean details off what you propose to do?are you just going to use it to work solely on your turbines? which use linear which are less effecient than ndpr stuff but gives off heat which you will capture and boost your efficency as i said he needs the tech

if you have no insight if the tech is good or not how the heck can you state on a finaicail board that the boiler or mchp doesnt work thats serious stuff and if someone takes that as verbatim and loses money you realise you can be held liable?

my suggestions is we would like him on board yes so would possibly be good but vote him on? his buddy out/no and keep anthony think that would be a good compromise which is what im going to do just in case there is any shenanighans that way there is no control off the board issues and hes there to keep JG on his toes which is what we all want imho etc
