if there is a significant drop ill be taking the advantage that half off mine is outside my isa so in the new tax year (3 weeks away)ill roll it into my isa to create a 'paper loss' in my outside share account which i can offset any captail gains for next year and when it gets rolled into my isa my average share price gets dropped so i keep my shares get a tax right off and drop my average in my isa...;-) all imho etc etc no finacial advice given...

and we have the START of the negotiations (120million to 20 million (whats halfway))BIT engaged....EIA due Q3 and if they dont let us have the EIA it strenghens our BIT case.....and if we do get the permit to hydrolically stimulate theres 157bcf at p50 down there....dyor and if you leave us today i wish you all the best on where you go next GLA!!!

so they have all been on for 1year there not the 'old board' and they are progressing the EIA and BIT/ ECT claim

now not the news we all wanted but we knew there was a chance and the solenian goverment doesnt like us much

EIA according to there presentation done Q3 (4-6mnths away) and if we get that be far better than a 35 million payout but if we dont it strenghens our BIT claim (unless they have a damn fine excuse as since they have voted to allow fracking and have defined hydrolic stimulation would be kinda hard)and thats 120 million but 2 years away.

im waiting to see what happens with the EIA in 4 mnths....GLA not the news we wanted but at least its moving now...

if you know the gas price why are you asking me for how much they can make ?? look at the times and the flow rates do a graphy thing and work it out ok?

yup probably 8p or what ever the herd think but just saying it might not be all doom and gloom and they might have wanted this....look at the presentation and how its set up the dates and positions that they all have all imho etc etc

guys this might be what they wanted to do all along which is why they did the 120 million asking....they wanted them to say no now they are going to activate the BIT soon and in Q3 we have the EIA now if they reject the EIA again it strenghens our BIT case completley which would be stupid for them ....so in Q3 they give us the EIA to seriously pump out the gas or if they try to stop us they strenghten our bit case which will be 120 million plus so to me its actualy quite good and well thought out by them so they get finally the EIA to pump gas or the BIT case gets a huge boost by them doing it again win...win just the payout got alot bigger now just its 6mnths down the track all imho etc etc dyor blah blah

alot better than a lousy 20 million payout....:-)

but the biggie is the EIA which is coming up to stimulate the wells acording to there presentation it due Q3 so we just have to keep going till then and then get some real revenue coming in thats if the goverment doesnt stall again but that would again increase our case against them or work in our favour (check section 20)

your looking at upto 2years!!! ive got the same deal with pathfinder same sort off thing next we will get the formal bit claim put in and after that we will get a note from laywer saying the case win % as i said isa job and wait at least we know it will be a 100 million plus payout if and i state if they get it tho might be gathering a bit off dust in the isa if we ever get a payout...

and we got a million in the bank as well....so not going broke anytime soon....

well damages 100 million plus and the longer it goes on more damages....not what i wanted but its in isa.....ill just tuck it in a blanket and wait.....again....
