The Company announces that, following a further letter from the State received today, an amicable settlement is presently not achievable and it expects to commence arbitration proceedings shortly. As part of direct pre-arbitration settlement discussions the Company had submitted a damages calculation to the State totalling significantly in excess of €100 million.

last rns or the BIGGIE saying negotiations failed AND IT EXPECTS TO COMMENCE ARBITRATION PROCEDINGS SHORTLY that was 19 days ago....so are they still negotiating or are they going to engage the BIT? i would off thought they would off had this all set up and rdy to go...??? interesting....GLA

again i think the BIT case isnt the best ive seen another one off mine pathfinder has far better case....but with the EIA coming up......again if they reject the EIA thats when the BIT case comes alive...so i think there using the BIT case to get the EIA and if they reject the EIA again it proves the BIT case so if they get the 1.5bcf @p50 gas going this would make a 35-50 million settlement look quite small in compraison all imho etc etc dyor as always....so my opionion for what its worth there after the gas whch is far more valueable they where just 'going tho the motions' leading upto the BIT being invoked....GLA and have a good weekend

this again does actually say the amount that was asked....it say a damage calculation for 100 million plus and again we dont ACTUALY know from this was amount was asked....again it says damage calculation....typically rns are a bit vauge beacuse off he legal ramifications off giving misleading info which could cause a price swing but gain i think the BIT is a side show and it didnt say the negotaition where over

so when it says failed to set forward a damages proposal did they even counter the offer or just reject it? so maybe the 25million didnt even happen?who knows....

so why would an rns state 100 million plus and you to say 20/25million? are you confusing that with the solvenia offer which was rejected?

now as i have stated an rns is a legal document at there are seriuos consequences for giving lying or misleading info in it

now you can belive the rns or some bloke off a chat board who doesnt give a link to the atricle.......

yea 35-65 million as i said ascent 120million solvenia 20 million mid way.....50 million or what ascent said but thats if and i state if they settle...i personally think there using the BIT to get the EIA as i keep saying which is due in Q3 according to there presentation if they refuse the EIA again after agreeing fracking alowed and what hydrolic stimualation is kinda makes the BIT a slam dunk.....imho dyor etc etc....be fun the next few months share price will go up down side to side and spin around....im an investor havent sold a single share since the news ....EIA 5mnths be interesting to see if im right....GLA
