Pathfinder announces that on 24 June 2021, the Company held a virtual meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TZM. The meeting was facilitated and attended by representatives from the British High Commission in Mozambique, the UK Department for International Trade, and the National Mining Institute of the Mozambique Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy.

also 621 million ive said this before but that maybe close to 1 billion us dollars when seized the GDP of mozambique is 15 billion dollars so we would be affectivly seizing what would/maybe equivalent to there military spending!!!!

also the moz goverment was hoping for the coral LNG project to be going but this has been set by delays(and a nicley timed insurgent attack) and looks like it might take the main contractor to banckrupcy...and i bet this money was already spent

have to remember that to do a BIT it has to be the last resort so you have to make sure you have tried all avenues to solve the problem so this one is hopefully the last hence maybe the time sensitive...GLA!! all imho

Pathfinder and TZM (together the "Parties") agreed that, whilst the issue remains an Investor-State Dispute ("ISD") and is time sensitive, the Parties will continue with the dialogue and explore alternative solutions to resolve the ISD. Whilst tentative, these alternatives include, but are not limited to, TZM retaining the Licence and compensating Pathfinder for its loss.

so BIT or we may get 'compensation for the licence' and the 'time sensitive' things looking up

well no RNS but the buys were all early ...no late buys so that was kinda expected...so were up a whole 25% and ild expect our friends to now pound away at the 'old board' the new boards pay and now it seems some rubbish about manipulating share prices....and the wait goes on GLA!! all imho etc etc

my comment relavence that all the complaining from a large group off folk and they do not apparently have even more than 0.67% off the company or 34k sterling worth....and the tangible progress will come via an RNS....they dont come any other way

but again i think i was the ONLY person before the annooucment that thought it was possible that settlement might not be reached and pointed to the elephant in the room that we might not get a settlement and we might go down the BIT route.

so all this solvenia stuff started in 2017....thats 4 years ago these NEW guys are trying to get this company going again
they have only been here for just over a year which has seen quite a bit off progress 5th march 2020!!!!

now sitting and complaing about guys that have done more in a year than the last lot did in 4 isnt going to help the share price one bit.....if i was invested in a stock and would like it to go up i generally wouldnt be camped on a board ****ging off the board and inferring them to be crocks all imho off course......

to reinstate 12,984,388 or 11.8% off shares voted this or if you had 12% he would be GONE!!!!!!

against this was 736,783 or 0.67% off shares so all this complaining and you couldnt even muster 1% off the vote?

now all i hear from you is that you invested loads and lost it im sry about that but if your going to over throw the board you could off quite easilly there with just 12% off the company shares and you could off removed them all and replaced them with anyone

lol unbelivable....phimx pls the charger and the volvo are two seperate items the 20% (which is the gain to the d13 engine from having the WH applied)cant be applied to the 6.4kw from the charger (which is the 100% modulated electrical output)and im sorry but i have better things to do than argue with someone who clearly has no idea about the product or basic engineering or maths....

and before you ask me to prove it ....i cant as there isnt enougth actual data to do any calculations from ....so you trying to use data from the charger and applying it to the volvo WH is just silly and pointless to even try.....i really hope you not as bad a phsychiatrist as your are at enginnering.....really .....really....hope for the sake off your patients.....
