I had my first mortgage at 19, I am now 50 so I think it’s only fair I’m mortgage free…

I live in a modest but lovely 2 bed semi in a pretty village, I shop in Aldi and my best clothes are from Tesco’s … and I’m not joking btw

I want nothing more in life than to spend quality time with the wife, preferably in a Greek mountain village living a really simple life… giving up working for a living and having to follow b/s#1t health and safety rules every day…

If this does well I can achieve my goal, if not then I will have to work for a few more years…

Do a bit of research on precious metal, it’s a great hedge against inflation, but hey I’m a dinosaur/carpenter wtf do I know…

Being mortgage free is a beautiful thing, a cloud gets lifted…it’s hard to put into words…

I would put 20k onto Val, 30k into precious metals, get any jobs that need doing around the house, and pay the remainder off the mortgage….. if I had one… :)

Also to raise the topic of Covid-19 as a conspiracy theory also requires balls, as I am sure it’s in the back of many minds, many may shoot you down as a nutcase? I remain very sceptical on the topic, all I would say is most of the world problems inc climate is really down to over population IMO..

Suzy comes across as a lovely human being, and I trust her…. Trust and honesty is so important and the power of this is not to be underestimated, imho

My favourite whiskey is the Edradour, I visited the distillery many years ago, I also visited a fishing tackle shop close by from memory, and the guy running the shop came from 7 miles from where I live, close to the south coast, small world ..
