I am not on twitter so I did not vote… however I would NOT vote her out, and I know for a fact that Adam doesn’t want her to go either… if you don’t believe me ask him directly …

This in my opinion we need Adam on the board in some capacity and push this deal over the line, let’s face it, had the deal gone through say 2 months ago and we had a healthy SP nobody would be wanting her out now.. i for one don’t want any more distractions Val need to focus 100% on this deal, without getting money in from the legacy assets Suzy’s vision of the future is #####d

TRX are having issues, we need an agreed deadline and Adam on the board in some capacity..

Suzy please listen there is an OVERWHELMING opinion we want Adam on board…. If he says no then fair enough but I recon with an 8% stake he has plenty of motivation..

If he wants to do it and you are against the idea, then that sends a clear message to the bald one!

AB, I expect the placing to be fully subscribed, however some folk are having difficulty, Halifax for example are not helpful, so I expect many will pay slightly over the odds on the open market for less hassle .

So the burning question for me is how long do we give TRX to come up trumps, we should have enough money to last 12months ….

So my thoughts are 4 months if nothing has materialised then perhaps it’s time to look at plan B, as the older one gets 12 months seems shorter and shorter, it will come around fast!

Although TRX are a start up as far as I am aware the guys at the top are not dumb dumbs, they are well versed in raising funds, and have the expertise to take 201 to market.. however I agree, we should leave the door open until money has changed hands :)

I know you love London, and I must admit I love true Londoners, so many lovely characters, I spent a fair amount of my youth visiting/staying with a relative in camberwell, but it was too hectic for me, i am a country bumpkin..

I can see you would have grabbed the bull by the horns so to speak, but ultimately we would still be where we are now surely? You cannot force something that is out of one’s control to happen, TRX are having issues..

We could debate timings all day long, and I agree they were not great timings, imo

The way I see it (just my opinion) we have little choice but to stick with TRX as the alternative COULD mean yet another rise in a years time, unless another legacy project comes up trumps.. possible I suppose.

I dislike London with a passion most of you can only dream of… ghastly place..

Anyway today..

Today was my first ever AGM ‘the cherry was most definitely popped today’ …

Not a good feeling all round, entering the AGM knowing you’re investment has plummeted:(

Now for what it’s worth (bear in mind I’m just a wood butcher) my honest ‘ naive’ opinion is:

The timing of the placing was wrong, but justified to keep the company going..

Suzy has convinced me the TRX are the right choice (they can sort the patent's out they have the expertise and a good knowledge of prostrate cancer)

We did all have a chat after the AGM and I believe Suzy did the right thing… as for the timing and the price, that’s another matter…

I found Suzy a very genuine person, and I did get very good vibes personally..

I’m kinda happy ish ..

As for Satu’s questions please read the Q&A I have been assured they will ALL be published… I really don’t want to go down that road, however one thing I would say is she is obviously passionate about the legacy projects..

Last thing, I get the impression some people think I hold loads of shares, I have said many times I am not a large holder but I am emotionally attached… yes that’s a bad move! But I make no apology’s that’s how it is, I may be an idiot in some eyes but I sleep well:)

I will hold my shares as i believe in the company and what they are doing…

Everything is in my own opinion..
