Upped holding today. Confident of progress for product and SP and think it won't be long before the quote will be upgraded to the main board, so put my monet where my mouth is!

Like most others here I see this as all but de-risked so convinced myself today to tuck more away! Believe that when the announcement comes, shares will double and when sales of kpf come through, SP should go into the thirties. Just hope it is as smooth as that, for all our sakes!

You obviously know this market, sain, better than I,and you are correct, but I think this will get a reputation as an income workhorse for investors. I am losing capital but hanging on for now for the divis and I think many others are too. If nothing much else happens, Bassi may look at folding this into another similar. Also hold PCA, which though not a REIT (yet) has a similar feel and also losing capital for the divi. That's the sort of outfit which could end up in in bed with REI. Not sure whether a bigger organization would necessarily set the SP moving....

Expected to see another million bought back on the RNS and was pleasantly surprised to see instead an increase in stake by some BVI outfit. Perhaps wider institutions are sniffing that this stock is finally climbing out of the deep ditch.

I now see NG ARE still in the market for c 1000,000 own shares per day. On my rough calculations they have potential to buy another 18M before their resolution is fulfilled. Chart is slightly better though. Can't hold my breath any longer! Fingers crossed!

Chart is looking sh***y here. ADVFN posts are negative and here too. SP crawling down every day. Come on BoD We need a tightly worded and positive RNS; otherwise everyone is a loser!

We all would desperately like 'clarity'. All I can say to help is that if you look at the current SP chart, it LOOKS like the price is finding a resistance level and if so, you may have timed your entry nicely - unlike many of us! The co still has about 20M shares left to buy in vai its broker, Barclays and it is not buying in every day as it used to. A couple of directors have also bought themselves at or slightly below this level. Hope this helps. I am down over �4000!

Just got the paperwork and they are combining the 'Special Dividend' with a 'Share Consolidation'. To me this means I am nor receiving their surplus profit. I am getting my own money back and the co is shrinking its capital base. I hold NG and they have been a disaster since their exercise. 3IN SP is down 1.4% today. Does not bode well. Anyone out there disagree with my version?

I would advise against reinvesting the divi, Mandrill. I was in before the 'giveaway', reinvested that, bought more 'at the bottom' which I thought was 819p - get the picture? Lots of other shares out there. Could even invest in a painting or some rare wine. If that falls in value, at least you can put it to good use!

This is the most intriguing aspect of the latest Consultants'Report. 2P for Mamba is upgraded to a significant 15BCF and Mamba is the secondary but supportive tenement. That is existing and likely reserves excluding 'possible'. When this is considered against the co's total acreage here, the potential for exploitation is, as friend tidd83 says, quite staggering, and the SP still laughably low.
