To be honest the BOD have indicated when to expect further news.
I still anticipate a great sale outcome.
While the wait continues it's only natural that the previous excitement has somewhat diminished.
Every reason to remain optimistic especially with the latest war developments.
The collateral damage to Russia grows by the day.As the pressure on their economy increases they have to negotiate an end to the hostilities.
Meanwhile Eurasia mining keeps moving forward regardless.

Like you Koc I'm not an expert in mining M +A but I can imagine a low ball offer could have been made due to the lack of the extensive info in a DFS .

An offer which was deemed too low by the BOD may have been made a while ago ,obviously without the DFS in place.
So as to conclude a better asset sale price the buyer needs a DFD to be in place.
Not long to wait now.
As we can see the SP is being eroded ,but on sale announcement the current SP will boom.

I can't see any particular delay in signing DFS off.
It's entirely possible that the sale price has been linked to certain metrics within the DFS , therefore once DFS is completed and scrutinized a speedy sale can be actioned.

As the global downturn starts to gather momentum the risk reward for Eurasia mining looks even better.
Lots of respected analysis unfortunately shows that global warming and climate change is playing out quicker than expected.
The world will soon need to urgently move at speed with the green revolution.

It's most likely the sale value is so high that the finance cannot commit until the DFS is completed and scrutinized.
Would you be able to buy a house via a mortgage through a bank without a structural survey.

Hi CTC I've been invested and adding since October 2009 and from memory I think it hit 40p for part of one day.
The way many post they infer that SP held the low 40s for some time ,this is simply wrong.

On reflection yesterday's RNS was fine.
An extension of a short period,which hopefully signals the timescale for an asset sale to be completed within.
On another subject I notice the latest crop of derampers people like norwaytwat love to state SP having been in the low 40s.
This is false the SP made it to 40p for a matter of hours.To be fair the SP over the last few years has spent a lot more time in the 20s with a lot less time in the 30s.
But these facts don't suit the narrative of the Eurasia doubters.

Until the DFS is completed and scrutinized by all parties a deal is still pending.
Obviously the assets are highly valuable and both buyer and seller need to fully understand the numbers.
Personally I'm waiting for an RNS for completion of DFS by mid December, followed by a recommended offer of sale by late February.
It seems all on track just more waiting.

Morning all,I know all invested are desperate for news but in the current environment it makes perfect sense for the BOD to keep a low profile.
This company has proved in the past that progress keeps being made although at somewhat slower pace than we all hope.
Keep in mind the sale figure should be huge so agreement was always going to be protracted.
I still believe the DFS is the final big piece of the jigsaw.

We are happily now moving into a period where some good news can come at anytime.
The wait to get to this point has been tedious but we have been told quite recently that the all important DFS is near completion.
I believe this is vital so all parties can complete the sale due to the finance getting the green light.

Some seem to be making up all sorts of downbeat theory's despite no recent news.
To me the BODs are probably keeping a low profile during the present hostilities.
Personally I'm expecting a positive RNS before year end.
I think back in February like most people the BOD hoped the war would be over by now, unfortunately they will most likely have to sell or activate Sino deal while the war rumbles on.

All talk of boiler room scams is for the birds.
There was genuine excitement with the progress that Eurasia mining made and the prospects looked fantastic.
I still believe the sale will proceed,but there could well be a discount applied due to the current war.
Obviously the assets are worth many billions so even with a harsh discount,the asset sale should yield a handsome return.

Reading some recent messages it seems like there's way too much doom and gloom.
The forward looking deadlines outlined in the recent RNS are still on track until we hear differently.
Obviously the economic outlook in this country seems pretty dire,not helped by the media pushing a downbeat narrative.
I think some posters with the winter blues or an agenda are spreading fear and doubt.
Let's see what the next RNS announces which could arrive quite soon.

Plenty of substantial buys yesterday.
A bit surprised some are selling when news is expected in just a matter of days. I imagine some have urgent cash calls and have to sell.
I'm happy to hold for a good while longer yet.
The value of the assets are still extraordinary and I trust the BOD are doing the best in the circumstances.
The war is obviously the main road block to sentiment for SP increase,but in time all wars burn themselves out.
Hopefully a negotiated peace will come soon,most likely through mediation by Turkey.

Obviously the war still has some time to run,but eventually as stalemate sets in a negotiated settlement will come.
For Russia's now damaged economy development of all mining projects becomes a priority to earn foreign currency and maintain some leverage.
I remain optimistic that SP will react quickly to the completion of the DFS and license awards.

While the wait here is rather tedious,I still fully expect a good outcome.
Obviously a sell price can only be agreed by all parties when the DFS has been completed and scrutinized.
This should happen around year end.
Personally I think soon after, a time limited bidding process should be held,and if no good offers received,then the Sino EPRC gets implemented early April.
In the next 6 months a deal needs to emerge.
