I think the dark days are behind us now.

It's been an excellent news week for Eurasia mining.

Entirely possible sale news will come in a matter of days or weeks.

Good luck to all that have held all the way through and those who've recently bought or added.

Made a very quick profit, which seemed the right thing to do.

Having read the accounts,they state most of the debt is fixed and some hedging is being done.

Hopefully selling some underperforming assets will improve the balance sheet.

But the discount to NAV offers some leeway for going forward.

Positive outcome in my view for Eurasia mining.

I'm thinking the SP will get a lift and the sale news will come as early as March 24 .

Sold for a profit a few weeks ago.

Bought some again on the dip.

Will probably hold for the upcoming dividend.

There does seem to be some serious money being borrowed but they do have projects being progressed.

Personally the SP at present maybe about right but going forward more revenue should be produced.

If dividend maintained the shares look a bargain to me.

I agree the accounts fail to attribute where the revenue is generated.

As long as the overall investment portfolio is in a reasonable state then further information maybe of limited value.

The lack of debt is a positive, although the current investment outlook is obviously challenging.

For me now could be a good time to accumulate these discounted assets.In a few years the trust SP could be revised considerably upwards.

In time collecting and reinvesting the dividends should give some chance of making gains unless the assets perform quite badly.

The clock is ticking but the BOD will have to do some kind of deal in the coming weeks.

Hi Mac, personally have no idea who Hong Kong interested party may be.

The RNS indicated the finances are good for a few months ,by which time the sale should be concluded.

If sale not signed off,I would imagine funds could be borrowed to see the company through.

Hopefully the SP will recover some of today's losses.

Looks like a consortium is the interested buyer.

Could be NN on the Russian side and BRICS jointly.

This would make sense as upfront costs,risks and eventual rewards all get shared.

To me always seemed the most likely outcome.

For me it makes sense to add with dividend if the SP is still depressed in a few weeks time.

As the dividend looks relatively safe the yield may improve further.

IMO the sale price over the last 30 months may have been reduced due to the cost of borrowing money going up,also the lower price of commodities,general world economic situation and of course the war.

But all things must and do pass.

The buyer knows this but still will extract a meaningful discount.

Still expecting a decent sale price with all that said.

I see the RNS as basically saying the sale is still on ,but the expected sale price will be impacted by events and our weakened negotiating position.

Somewhere between 20 to 30pfor all assets.

The personal financial loss to CS and others of a no sale would be extreme so in everyone's interest for even a sub optimal deal to take place.

Personally I'd be happier to wait but that is now looking less likely.

Overall happy with the RNS,sale probably nearer than some of us thought.

Agree very difficult to value any company,especially this one but I feel most of the bad news is baked in the current SP.

I feel a likely scenario is the company and SP just mark time until interest rates start declining.

But the dividend gives a good yield for recent buyers while we wait for better times.

Hi Morbox , I've bought SEIT over the last 2 days.It goes X dividend soon and the current yield over the year is 10%.

The SP has been hammered this year and it's on a large discount to NAV.

It looks quite a good prospect in my opinion.

Made a £2.21 profit.

Not my best trade!!

Made a fair bit more lately with Serco.

Hope I've bought a good share lately,gone in big.
