Now NT to buy

Its done something as the MMs are not asking for 75p for 5 grands worth.

I have been back through the trades shown on the London Stock exchanges website and have no idea where they are getting shares from if those two final trades are in fact buys. 3 days running there has been either 20k or 30k shares traded in the last 2 minutes of the day. On all three days there was not enough selling for the MM's to have the shares available to move on.
Perhaps one of the more experienced board members will be able to provide an explanation as I am baffled.

On share centre I am getting offered:
64.75 to buy
61.60 to sell

Both here and on twitter I have read a few things that could possibly be going on:
1. Shorts closing
2. Someone buying in chunks to build a large holding (Has to be done slowly given the low number of shares in circulation)
3. Steady sell off of a large holder (Potentially one of the II's but I doubt it given the SP could have easily dropped further if they were distressed and selling in volume)
4. MM's are absorbing a volume of shares knowing they can move them on at potentially a 100%+ premium in a weeks time (given the are aware that news will be significant and positive)
5. The drip of sells as a result of Covid19 has allowed a steady slide down to he current level which means we may have to wait a little longer to see a steady climb back to a more reasonable level.

One thing is for sure: There are not many businesses on AIM that have more cash in the bank than the MCap (That should be a good enough indication that YU from this level is a safe bet)

It may not be your fault that the SP has dropped but you are responsible for the use of the buy/sell button with your broker. Complaining on here will not help your position.
All we can do is wait for news. I personally think it will be good and as such have continued to top up over the past weeks.

I cant imagine it is a buy given that that the majority of todays buys were above 66.25p
If it does happen to be a buy they must have a great broker.

Exactly as I said before - Small sellers just handed their shares over to a bigger buyer @ 65p - Daylight robbery.

MM's drop the price and drag out a few small sellers for a larger buy to immediately appear. Its a real shame for those holders as they are clearly being robbed (Not helped by the garbage pumped out by those trying to squeeze the last pennies out of a short position).
Buy and Hold. There are so few shares available to retail holders and lack of selling and the MM's will be forced to pull the SP back up and over £1.00.

Safe to say they are clocking up some serious delivery volumes and are not shy about saying so.
Just need a nice RNS confirming what impact all this extra work is having on the bank balance.

Interestingly a few sites are saying the complete opposite including those assessing charts and trading patterns.
Given the cash position and the short term return to profit it's a buy for me.

Moratorium on preliminary statements of account
On 21 March 2020, we published a statement requesting companies observe a moratorium of at least 2 weeks on the publication of their preliminary statements of account ('prelims'). We confirmed we were in talks with the FRC and PRA on a package of relief measures, a dialogue which has led to today’s joint announcement.

Today we confirm that the moratorium can end on 5 April 2020.

Though voluntary, the moratorium has been well observed. It has given companies with pre-scheduled results announcements the opportunity to absorb recent events and give them due consideration as they prepare their disclosures.

The amount of trades not shown is embarrassing. One of my trades from near close has not shown up .... again!

I hope they are right. Managed a couple more little top ups. SP is at a ridiculous level given the chances the results RNS will be a belter.

Its madness some of the "opportunities" being touted on Twitter, Facebook and other LSE boards. Sadly a load of retail investors are crystallising losses only to get spiked on another dream stock.
Given the steady day here and the cash position I am even more confident we are in for a rise once the financials arrive (Hopefully around the 6th/7th April).

I imagine those wanting a quick in and out trade in the run up to news will drop out but the SP looks pretty steady so far today. No doubt a few folk are happy to be given the opportunity to add to their holding at sub £1.

For those interested : The FCA moratorium on the publication of preliminary financial statements will be in effect until Monday 6th April.
I was originally advised that this did not apply to AIM listed entities, however, it looks to have been rolled out to all (Sorry Ammu123).
The good news is that we potentially only have to wait one extra week for results.

Fair enough. Looking at the movement since open you might get a shot at 70p with a bit of luck but there are so few shares available who knows, it could go either way.
LSE was having issues yesterday afternoon so I didn't see the 25k . Given the jump up on open I would assume it was a buy.
