Gold_Mine: Thx for that - excellent post. As a (at least according to Hamm) a pathetic poster I would like to add that PM has - over the years (10+) - lost a lot of its credit in the market; some will say justifiably. OK. But PM's business case remains to be extraordinary. Once this company starts to produce oil its SP will go ballistic. Not many investors believe in that - which is fine. But if it does happen - which I am convinced of - there will no looking back.
Do what you think is right.

If you are serious about your "facts" then stop shouting around and make a difference by doing something about it!
Why don't you explain to this BB what it is you've undertaken in conjunction with your critisism. Up to now: NOTHING.
Don't go down in history as a big mouth with nothing to say - it's up to you to change that.

master82: What makes me (and probably others on this board as well) sick and tired is that your "facts" are ultimately just talk. Everybody can see that you and your colleagues are just talking - but not doing anything to address the never ending critisism. How do you call those type of people again? I think you know.

I suggest you solely invest in "other companies" as these seem to offer better outcomes. In other words it would make sense to sell off your PM shares (should you have any) and buy into TMK etc. I'm sure you'll do just fine.

Hoping the same curiouser. A lot of investors currently bailing out at this sp. Doesn't make much sense to me but I'm happy for the buyers who will make a huge profit.

Horsers: You're right - you probably won't get to see that type of RNS. Instead, you may get an RNS along the following lines:

"PM are extremely happy to inform that most of the doom sayers have jumped ship and that the investors who have been sticking with us during all these difficult years will finally be heavily rewarded. Congratulations!"

As opposed to you, Hamm and other complices his only motive is Fair Analysis. I know you hate that but that's the way it is.

My "active trading" (as you call it) took place ONCE during 12 years of share holding. In the meantime I am up to almost the same holding as before. I suggest you concentrate on your own investment strategy (should you have one) and stop making others responsible for your faulty investment decisions.

Bowley: I am not critizing "balanced and factual views". Those are all fine and dandy.
At the end of the day we investors are here to make a profit. In order to do so you need to understand the rules governing the market place.
If your investment strategy results in a loss (or a temporary SP downturn) it doesn't seem appropriate or fair to make others responsible.
As an investor you (should) know that you have zero influence on operational issues (thank god!). Being a LTH gives you a lot more time to decide when you chose to sell. Venting your investment frustration on this BB doesn't make things better.

I can confirm NOT HAVING LOST a penny with PM - quite to the contrary: I have made a LARGE AMOUNT OF PROFIT with PM. So why do master28 and his complices keep complaining? Beats me, but I don't buy the "Mother Theresa" bit (just want to warn new investors - as if they needed your warning!).
I honestly believe that I will be making a lot more profit going forward and urge anyone who believes it is not possible or will take much too long: TO EXIT THEIR PM INVESTMENT - the sooner the better.

Personally I am getting sick and tired of your critisism. Fact is your doing nothing about it other than posting your negative stuff on this BB. Is that all you've got? Let's see you actually do something about it!!! Guess that won't happen.

Manro: If you believe you have the right and duty to intervene and make someone accountable: Why are you not directing your interventions to the right address? Nobody on this BB can help you (even if they wanted). Direct your anger and arguments to the source. This is the wrong place.
