The Sound Energy blocks in Morocco are really huge with tremendous TCF potential and a substantial sum of cash is being pumped into exploration leads at a big discount with Schlumberger onboard. The 31 TCF potential in Tendrara alone is almost double a country such as Pakistan’s entire gas reserves. The 0.65 TCF of gas already proven for Sound makes the 120km gas pipeline looks extremely feasible for Sound Energy. Opening up any gas from the region to huge possibilities. This doesn’t include the Sidi Permit either. Which has massive potential aswel. Current share price doesn’t seem to reflect the prospects only a proportion of the current proven reserves, it taking a big hit after Badile well in Italy failed to materialise. With the Italian asset burden offloaded and a three well campaign coming up it’s a great opportunity to buy. I think even 1 well finding gas will allow us to start to see real potential here. Paleaozoic gas shows are promising and could add a significant increase to the share price. Potential sale of the company with all the seismic/survey work we are carrying out and wells drilled complete with any pipeline should give us a considerable sale sum, especially with oil majors in the adjacent blocks. It would be good to see more potential leads from Sound Morocco. All the info we can provide will be to considerable advantage to any buyer looking at a full scale development scenario. Can see this share price up above £1 in the near future.

Drilling to commence very soon. Three well exploration campaign coming up. All to play for at Dound Energy. Could see this share price 70p+. Then potential takeovers with the field and prospects firmed up.

BOP equipment failure would be feasible, although the material breach would be issued for the BOP hydraulic fluid. It could be a small leak which would be an increased allowance for discharge to sea or missing it off an Environmental usage consent. I'd expect an RNS saying Well suspended due to BOP failure. thetrafersfoocus, no not tuggy, admittedly I still don't know how to ramp an oil share to a quid, but I know more about drilling than you'd ever know in your career son.

From my understanding a material breach notification is usually issued when a Drilling Contractor uses an excess amount of a material on a well or well section or ships excess material to a rig from what they stated to the rig operator in the contract. For abandonment it could be that they needed to use excess cement etc. and did not inform the rig. It's highly unlikely that a drilling operator would pull a $500k/day rig off a well for this reason. Argos share price is sitting the lowest it has been in many years and it's a good opportunity to buy. On a successful oil find, like the other Falkland oil companies we could be looking at a multibagger.

Still going to be a profit making company and they have a lot of acreage. Even though this is being held by another company for a year. Surprised about Thunderball though.

1100 bbls/day is 401,500 bbls/yr, say a field life of 20 years at an acquisition cost of $11? a barrel will give us total consideraton of $88 million. This does not take into consideration the thunderball field/other assets. It will give us a share price of 31p.

Excellent, whats your predictions for a share price after a takeover? Must be 9p+, this share has been up to 12p in the last couple of years.
