I got £26.5 million pound. Yep 6 Mcf to a barrel. I usually do the daily production rate, as a bcf, then multiple by the price we pay. Not to sure of the price of boe either as it’s gas.

Yes agree abzzba, we are over 3p a share on our yearly production rates profit. Minus the company running costs. Sit here for a few years and we may be in for a significant rerate :-)

Exploration is a high risk business, we here know that more than anyone. Let’s hope one of our Targets come in :-)

Wow, that was my most exciting asset. How did I miss that. They sold the Eastern Fraccion flank quite well. Surely we didn’t write off all that Drilling campaign, with producing wells and multiple bcfs. Economics won I guess.

More successful wells = more pennies
More successful well interventions = more pennies
More successful well tests and increased oil/gas produced- more pennies
More bcf proven = more pennies
More TCF probable reserves = more pennies
More seismic drilling target leads= more Pennines
Higher oil price = more pennies
Higher gas price = more pennies
Strong stable market demand

And more people buying shares at the right price

Obviously we have to look at all our oil/gas reserve volumes on a country, field and well basis, along with proven and probable reserves and the associated risk factor of finding each. Supply and demand shouldn’t come into it, except at the gas and oil price level. I’d say we’re in a fairly stable area where a demand will always be there no matter how much we produce. Especially for our oil production.

A single TCF (trillion cubic foot) of gas is worth $3.5 billion to the producer. With 712,000,000 shares in issue, that equates to almost £3.83 a share to the company. Obviously taking away company overheads, rig drilling, testing, tax, transport, etc, it works out around £1 a share. A TCF (Trillion cubic feet) contains 1000 btu(billion cubic feet). We sold our last gas at US$3.56 per mmbtu (Mm=million). (1000 bcf equivalent to 1000btu).

I think our best asset at the moment is our constant production, we did better than most with our Government prop up but it’s still mainly oil price driven. Mucho gas we have helps us considerably. Financially we are looking good. So we could easily justify 1.5p+ As a share price. Seismic all completed so the slow process of identifying all our leads is likely taking place. Multi TCF potentials being talked about. Tapi Aike high case 22TCF potential, Campo Limite high case 0.5+tcf gas. Wells are cheap to drill but do seem to be borderline commercial in some places. Again it’s down to drilling those higher gas reserve pockets to get the better flow rates. We could be metres away from a jackpot. The amount of wells we have is a significant bonus, 16 work overs in Campo area alone, a bit of inexpensive tweaking in these wells will give us productions gains, and Increased value gains although limited. And now the opinion, Id like to see preserving capital to get both Tapi Aike, Fracción D firmed up commercial wells and see multiple successful target drilling in Campo Limite.

I think only strong buying or news will get us over 1-1.5p mark.

Judge-mental - it’s a good point. It’s time they brought the tax home if they want to do business here, instead of all looking for bailouts. Echo down again, waiting for that solid break upwards. 1p here we come.

Can imagine all the bailouts the worlds governments will need due to covid will result in a new super tax program on major resource companies.

Time to look at some of our potential worth, field assets, production rates, P10, P50, P90 probable reserves, upcoming drills and Well work overs, potential flow rates and intervention flow rates and likely oil and gas price scenarios. :-)

With all this share selling, we should be looking at a share buyback to increase our share value. :-)
