I get the negativity here with the downward shareprice and frustration from board and councils. I think this looks in a relatively good position to breakout into the 0.3s and sentiment to drive things forward. At the end of the day horse hill is a commercial development and there appears to be news flow coming

I think it will be a div cut. U.S.A. will have a load of bad debt that they cannot collect and NGs growth is around the capital program through organic growth. They delivery of such programs are bound to be delayed with covid19 and overall hit the bottom line.

Have any of you thought about what a second wave of covid 19? These are far too risky even at an attractive 50p price. They will need a RI to ensure they don’t breath their lending covenants

Like the optimist Stuart and wish you luck here. With operating cash burn at £180m a week, I don’t know how you see this as easy money. They have no income and massive debts. The longer this goes on the more likely they won’t survive

I would forget the charts and broker notes. Easiest way is to calculated net cash position and times 10 the earnings valuation by 10. On £42m this is £420m market cap, about 65p

I know plenty on the company and continue to buy (not inside info or anything like that). Results are tomorrow and I’m fairly bullish on this

FCA requirement with Covid 19 and the got rid of the CFO

The virus started in Europe at the end of Feb and the shareprice was 62p. All the construction and house builders are losing money right now. I will stress the point that SHI has plenty of cash and small debt to its peers. If the update tomorrow is good with direction there is every possibility of a recovery. Most of SHI’s competitors will be wiped out with big debt piles, which will increase the market share here. Dividend now stopped which saves £20m a year and finance costs reduced. Very interesting investment at the moment.....with a bit of luck these could easily re-rate to 40p next few weeks
