Major I was holding the lot at 0.85 for the shell drill. It certainly makes sense to take profit and leave free carry shares. Don’t like the uncertainty now and don’t think the bid will come to anything being accepted by Delt. In that scenario I would be stuffed.

Agree mike but the other risk is shell going to drill Pensacola. Energy market is taking a bashing and would rather walk away with £20k + profit that get locked in and watch it fall back to 0.6 on no bid accepted. I would rather buy have an option to buy the stock back in that event. If Iog share price starts to fall then it means the all share off value reduces here. Think all the negativity from u has stuck with me.

There will mike be a bid. With current state of market it will probably be at these levels.

Mole whatever will be will be. If there is no deal being ironed out I think an rns would have come out. The sp is Delt was 1.50p before an rns came out on possible offer. There are conversations happening and think 2p will close a deal out, question is do both parties want it. I personally think IOG need it more than Delt.

How can Delt comment until IOG put a proposal Forward.

There is no reason to pay 2.5 / 3p. Pretty sure Iog could buy 30% on the open market and we would still be under 3p. Or they could approach other big holders for the stock. Major et el. You will be disappointed if you are putting any bets on 3p
