Don’t forget about the Grant op Options RNS from 12th October last year - 690,333 shares available until 2025.

Let’s hope tonight’s RNS is the last of the dilution.

I’m guessing the placing price will be around the same as the previous placing so a drop coming up.

If you’re here for the long term then this drop is irrelevant. News will land and we’ll be at £10 in no time.

Based on the 2.5m shares it roughly averages out at 40k shares (8 trades) a week. I do feel this is slightly low in my estimation especially when some days LAGO have offloaded 80k shares. This would mean a free flat on AIM of ~18m shares.

Maybe an email to the Faron CFO could clarify the AIM/NAZ spilt.

Faron Pharmaceuticals entered into a liquidity providing agreement with yourselves back in 2019. I’m trying to decipher how many shares LAGO have transferred on the Nasdaq since Faron listed on this market.

Where can I find information which tells me how many shares LAGO have sold in total since FARN listed on the Nasdaq First Growth Market.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Zen was without doubt untrustworthy! He was entertaining though! At the end of the day he had a game plan and stuck to it. He defiantly walked away from here with a few quid as he traded Faron for long enough.

Judging by his my recent postings on various BB he was getting desperate though. Maybe he's lost his queens shilling and decided to go incognito!

Zengah started posting on here just after the drop from £8 April / May 2018 - same time i bought in. To be fair to him though he drummed up a fair bit of interest and was quite amusing at times.

Anyway, enough of Zen and let focus on when we think the matins data will be released. We need that releasing to get us our pot of gold & for santhi to get his stem cell treatment.

Data from Matins or partnering confirmation for either drug are the only things that will get us over £5 a share i feel. Hibiscus results are a long way off and it sounds like we’ve hardly been used during REMAP CAP as surely trial data would of been issued by now.

News could drop anytime so it’s im happy to hold for the next months even it it means us dropping a little further.

Old news from the back end of last year. Several points worth noting though.

Scotland-based energy company SSE plc has agreed to sell all of its interests in its portfolio of gas exploration and production (E&P) assets to Viaro Energy for a total consideration of up to £120 million (around $160 million).

The diverse portfolio comprises non-operational equity shares in over 15 producing fields in three regions in the North Sea: the Easington Catchment Area, the Bacton Catchment Area, and the Greater Laggan Area in the Shetland region.

Viaro, meanwhile, is selling its stakes in the Greater Brae Area (GBA) to a company owned by the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates for $1 (75p). Looks like Viaro / Rockrose are moving away from Black Oil and moving into Gas & Condensate.

Maybe the above were areas where AA was looking to acquire? Interesting that Viaro will acquire these assets through their subsidiary RockRose Energy. Peter Mann holds a position as Managing Director Upstream North Sea (Viaro) & Managing Director of Rockrose Energy. Peter Mann is also a major shareholder in Kistos holding 1.2m shares.

In the event where let’s say 80% of free float shares have been transferred across to the Naz can all remaining shares be transferred across to the Naz as a compulsory action?

If Faron went down the route of listing on the US Naz would there be a mechanism which would allows shares to be listed on 3 markets i.e AIM, HEL, USNAZ. Or would the HEL shares transfer across to the USNAZ, leaving the US listing and AIM as the 2 markets.

This may a question for some of the more senior pro’s on here and not a junior investor like myself!!

Theres certainly gains to be made here but probably not a 36 bagger, as much as we’d all like it to be, like RRE but a 5 bagger over 3-4 years is definitely achievable.

And Duster, your constant negativity is draining! Just buy some shares and shut up. In fact, if memory serves me right you were the one signing from the rafters about the potential here and the potential similarities to RRE!
