Had recent comms with Roland regarding the JV, Roland was very upbeat and was confident that we GOI appoval would be in a few weeks.

Upon Goi approval the JV partner will pay SYN 2.5million. If we are receiving this lump sum in a few weeks it doesnt look make sense for a placing as we still have funds available from the placing back in December.

The rumors of placings and deramping are being spread by people to try and get in cheaper who will then dump on news.

We have just agreed a JV and after Rolands interview expect interest to start building again as we approach news of the Goi approval. The SP is a gift at these levels and I added another 12 million shares on Friday (7million @ 0.125 and 5million @ 0.1229) I will continue to top up at these levels as we approach news of the Goi approval.

Dont be getting mugged and giving away your shares when the main course is going to arrive soon.

Think Roland deserves a round of applause for all his efforts this company going nowhere what a turn around in fortunes!!!

All this placing talk is just nonsense it would be very amateurish of Roland to announce a placing before JV news when he could announce after JV news at a much higher price.

All this talk is being spread by the brokies who dont have funds to invest or have missed buying in before the recent rise

As per my last post most likely decision makers weren't around last week to sign of the JV due to attending IEW.

As Roland has stated the company and farminee are aiming to execute the agreements over the following week

With the majority of Indian blue chip gas producers attending IAE last week, which was also attended by the Director General of Hydrocarbons for India. The decision makers where most likely attending IEW. Dr Steve Moore Deputy CEO of Cairn was also in attendance at IAE and also spoke.

Now with the decision makers finally returning back to HQ This could finally be the week Roland has RNS'd to say the Company and Farminee are aiming to execute the agreements over the following week.

Interestingly Cairn did a presentation to the delegation on their "Decarbonisation road map" and CCS

Id would have thought with the SP increasing nearly 75% last week you would have been quite happy like the rest of the holders and eagerly anticipating the JV news, unless you dont hold any shares and are now desperate to buy in. HOLD FOR GOLD 0.5 to 1p on JV news!!!

Really think newbies need to start researching in to the company more rather than just by reading the last comment on a BB or the last RNS.

Even if there is no announcement on the RNS tomorrow or the day after Roland has already confirmed it is with the board of both companies why doubt that and just constantly whinge makes no sense.

As LTH will already know Roland has already achieved and delivered if the newbies care to read the previous RNS then they will realise that Roland has consistently delivered under difficult circumstances, from obtaining 100% ownership of Cambay and then funding to then production restart after a 3 year hiatus. To then obtaining environmental approvals and restarting production as well.

The funding for the refrac and then arranging the refrac followed by problem solving the issues with the flow rates and finding, sourcing and securing funding for a jet pump and then arranging installation of the Jet pump with additional funding secured.

Roland has CONSISTENTLY delivered whether JV announcement is tommorrow or later this week I am happy to wait.

With a JV and full field development to follow it company defining news that we are waiting for. Noticed all the sellers over the last few days havent been able to buy back in any cheaper.
