And then they have two other Assets in their portfolio...

Peru - Onshore in the Piura region of Northern Peru where there are nearby markets for gas
UK - Just off the coast of NE Scotland and with two major prospects already defined

Fair valuation for Baron would be min. 30-40 MM GBP market cap at the moment imo

The slightest sniff of Shell or another major wanting (back) in JV-wise will instantenously lift the mc to 40-50 MM GBP in the blink of an eye. Billions of gas in reserves.

BOIL's market cap should have already been way higher.

Previous discoveries have shown there is definitely oil present in the local region i.e. Zagros fold belt:

- Raman 200 MMboe
- Garzan 50 MMboe
- East Sadak 28 MMboe
- Magrip 20 MMboe

* Basur-1 flowed 2,000 bopd (6hrs test)
* East Sadak wells flowed 1,300 bopd

If UKOG only could discover say one or two wells similar to these kind of wells and produce them, that would bring in substantial revenue for the company with the Brent currently sitting at 67 USD/bbl.

You can drill and complete a 1500m well even for 1.5-2 MM USD, in fact it is very shallow.
Of course depending on a number of factors.

Under the current oil price climate of 60-70 USD per barrel the profit margins have become very attractive again compared to the downturn last year.

Estimated cost price: 15 USD/bbl.
UKOG has a 50% WI

Go figure.
