Exxon added another 28,000 square kilometers in 2019 to their Namibian portfolio.

Must be for a good reason.

Also don't forget Exxon has a big acreage sitting north and relatively close to GBP interests offshore Namibia, which they even further increased a few years ago in 2019.

They are main operator of four blocks: 1710, 1711, 1810, 1811A.
Furthermore they hold 40 pct interest in the PEL82 license.

Majors Exxon, Shell, TotalEnergies all having current interest in the Namibian offshore Basin.

Next week will be interesting with the upcoming announcement.

Also Total drilling the Venus-1 exploration well should hit TD anytime soon.
