I guess the board will have an ad-hoc board meeting this afternoon to decide on the warrants, followed by an RNS on Monday/Tuesday.

The Company is pleased to confirm that its immediate focus is on delivering its luxury skincare brand Skin + Cell to the market. As previously advised, the Company is in discussions with a number of parties about potential market entry points in different jurisdictions.

The Company currently has finished product in stock ready for immediate distribution.

Given the market interest shown in Skin + Cell and the short lead time for product distribution, the Company is focussing its attention on monetising Skin + CELL its luxury skincare range of products ahead of development of its pharmaceutical Sol programme which targets the treatment of skin solar keratosis and prevention of skin melanoma.

As Tim said they're extremely busy at the moment including being in discussions with a number of large pharma companies. Somehow I expect the warrants option to be a bit of a side show in the greater scheme of things, but anyhow it will need to be put to bed in order to move on.

Interesting timing regarding the RNS vs. the warrants with only a few days left.

The Company entered into a Warrant Instrument ("Warrant Instrument") with Incanthera on 26 February 2020, whereby Incanthera created and issued Warrants to ImmuPharma to subscribe in cash at 9.5p per share, for 7,272,740 Ordinary Shares, valid until 6 September 2023. On 18 August 2023 Incanthera agreed with the Company to extend the Warrant Instrument by 12 months to 6 September 2024.

The way I see it: The current market cap is just over 14 million pounds, a net worth which in pharma land is very minor.

If they would even be able to pull off one or two modest deals, you easily could be looking at a market cap north of 50+ million gbp in near future, tripling the current share price.

Also Tim was alluding to one or two sort of side products apart from the flagship P140 coming from the left with no one see it coming, soon to be revealed this year. Surely those also must be worth something. Let alone the patents already in place.

I just noticed going though the Sunday Roast interview it was mentioned both of the latest announcements had to go through a patent laywer first before putting them out, so I do appreciate the company's efforts to safeguard any sensitive details.
