freedom97 advfn: Just checked XTR MCap it's now just £2.98m!! I think the market must be blind, it seems at the mo they prefer risky stocks that aren't producing anything and have large debts and could go bust anytime, rather than XTR which is debt free, & producing gold with future projects on the books and as nico9 said, "We pretty much have an offer of 20m on the table for Fairbride".
freedom97 advfn: "Not only is the MCAP ridiculously low but in the last RNS they announce a fantastic deal for Xtract. As CB stated in the webcast interview: "23% NET profits, NET cash and haven't got to invest a Cent!"
Looks like a major breakout for Gold price now $1,328!! may the rise continue! Https://www.kitco.com/charts/livegold.html Can't believe XTR MCAP is just $3.2M!! I don't know of any other AIM company that is debt free with cash in the bank AND PRODUCING!"
Option to purchase the concession
The Company has granted MMP an option to purchase the Fairbride concession, subject to all parties receiving necessary regulatory approvals including, but not limited to, the Company obtaining shareholder approval, for an amount equal to the greater of:
· An amount equal to 80% of the net present value using a discount rate of 15%; or
· US$20 million
This option to purchase has a term of 2 years and is only in respect of the known resources in the Permitted Area. In the event that the parties agree that the operation has extended life potential (beyond 8 years) or alternatively discovers a larger deposit then the parties may agree a buyout by mutual consent on the basis of an amount equal to 80% of the net present value of the larger resource, again using a discount rate of 15%.
freedom97 advfn: So the MCAP was only £2.45m before the RNS which way undervalued the company, If they sell Fairbride for $20m then when you add the value of the other assets, the share price should be well over 8p!
In addition, ARSO confirmed in their decision that according to EU guidelines the project is not equivalent to high volume hydraulic fracturing commonly referred to as 'fracking'. This was a very welcome recognition as we believe this fact is not fully understood by decision makers in Slovenia.
